Best day ever!! - As the title suggests, my daughter said she had the best day ever. We had the north wales tour. When asked what was the best part of the trip- the time she boarded the bus until we got off. Everywhere was the best. The scenery was breath taking specially the snowdonia. We would love to do this again if any member of our family visits us or maybe see northwales in winter, i bet the scenery will be splendid. Shelly is a very good tour guide, we all had a laugh along the way and the tour was very informative. My daughter kept giggling at her jokes and loved her suggestions about food..too bad though the donut shop was close, so we had churos instead, but she like that too.

Perfect itinerary to see North Wales from Liverpool - This was the perfect itinerary to see North Wales from Liverpool and factored into our decision to be based in Liverpool which did not disappoint. We spent town in the seaside town, saw the Great Orme, visiting Conwy with an ancient Castle and town waterfront before heading off to the "Long and Winding Road" (an inspiration for the Beatle's song0 and saw tremendous views of Snowdonia National Park. It helped that the weather was beautiful (after morning clouds). The driver was very entertaining and the van was very comfortable with air conditioning. Love it!

North Wales - Thank you for a wonderful adventure with indispensable and funny Frank, you do know the art of storytelling !The trip is organised this way that you know in advance what to expect so there's no misunderstanding .Cosy atmosphere .I believe the bus needs to have the undercarriage checked though as the noises coming out of it were massive so Frank did amazing job to take the most of it.

A great trip to get a taste of North Wales - BusyBus worked with us to put together a larger tour when our cruise line added a last minute stop in Liverpool. This was less than half the price, and a better excursion than that offered by the cruise line - and they were very cognizant of the time to make sure that we were back to the dock in time. I'd recommend eating at the first stop in town if you'd like to visit Conwy Castle. The entry fee to the castle is not included, but we felt it was worth it and there was plenty of time - but there is not enough time to both eat and visit the castle in Conwy. Snowdonia is gorgeous, and the ice cream at Betws-y-Coed was great. We did not get to stop at the aqueduct because there was a protest going on in the city of Liverpool, and the guides were attentive to ensure that we did not miss our cruise ship departure.

Good route but back seats cramped and had poor visibility.had poor - The driver was safe, efficient and competent. We were lucky with the weather and the route was varied and comprehensive. A system of seat rotation on the bus would have been fairer. At the back we were cramped, had limited visibility and the seat belts jammed. We were early bookers and would have hoped for better seats.

Operator will cancel last minute without warning - I booked several weeks in advance and received an immediate confirmation. Less than 1 week prior to reservation, the tour operator cancelled. I could only find one other operator but cost over 50% more than original reservation. Book elsewhere to make sure you can retain your reservation and have a good experience.
