• Chester Roman Amphitheatre - Step back to a time when Roman Soldiers occupied this site. Walk into the Amphitheatre and imagine what it would be like in Roman times nearly 2000 years ago
• Chester Roman Gardens - See the Chester Roman Gardens with original Roman Artifacts
• Eastgate & Eastgate Clock - A dedication to Queen Victoria’s 60 years of reign, the Eastgate Clock stands in all of its glorious splendour for all to see. View from both the City Wall and street level
• Chester City Walls - Walk along the defensive walls of Chester stepping back to the Norman period as well as the English Civil War.
• River Dee - From our vantage point on the Chester City Wall, we can see the River Dee and the pleasure cruise boats that offer trips on this beautiful stretch of water
• Chester Rows - As we now head into the centre of the City, we will pass by buildings that have stood the test of time. From Tudor, to Georgian and onto Victorian. Chester offers a unique shopping experience with “The Rows”. All will become clear as you walk towards the centre of the City/
• Chester Town Hall - Our walking tour will end at the Chester Cross in the middle of the City. From here, you are free to roam around at will, maybe do a little shopping for souvenirs or sample the fine Cheshire Cuisine or maybe, imbibe some Cheshire Ale?
