3. The driver will WhatsApp or SMS you one day before the trip to coordinate and confirm the pick-up location and timing. Feel free to share any specific activities or sights you wish to experience during the city tour in Johor Bahru.

4. You can leave your luggage in the vehicle while you enjoy a 3-hour city tour or shopping in Johor Bahru.

5. Our driver will prepare the embarkation card (white card) for you to fill out before entering Singapore.

6. During the trip, you may request a refreshment break or a meal stop.

7. The journey from Mersing to Johor Bahru immigration takes approximately 1.5 to 2 hours before heading to Singapore.

8. At the immigration checkpoint, you will need to alight from the vehicle with your luggage as the driver will use the bus lane to enter Singapore. You may need to surrender your white card to the officer at the counter, and the driver will guide you through the process.
