Bulldog Canyon - We will start with a short drive to the off-road access point. We will be entering Bulldog Canyon off of Ellsworth onto forest road 3554. Bulldog Canyon - We will start with a short drive to the off-road access point. We will be entering Bulldog Canyon off of Ellsworth onto forest road 3554. This road is mostly sand and looks like a track from a BMX video game!! The Sandy roads are smooth and built for off-roading. Everyone enjoys the experience of the Sandy area!
This portion of the tour will take approximately 30 minutes. - Bulldog Canyon - We will cross the desert to the base of a mountain. Then we will drive through a large wash parallel to the mountain, there is a small opening that we can drive through. We will stop and do a small hike up to a high point that allows for beautiful views. This location has been known to be where wild pigs and big horn sheep like to hang out. Guest can take pictures and walk around enjoying the interesting plants, flowers, amazing views.
- Bulldog Canyon - We will then turn onto forest road 10. This road is a mix of sand and small rocks. It is a very beautiful, picturesque path. This path has some fun off-roading experiences like going up and down steep hills and driving over boulders. There will continue to be giant cactus, wildflowers, and unique fauna. There is always a chance to see wildlife along this part of the tour. This section of the tour will take approximately 60 minutes.
- Bulldog Canyon - We will end the trip driving to the top of a mountain that overlooks the city. Passengers will hike a short distance to see beautiful views of the Superstitions Mountains, Four Peaks, and the Cities. Guests can take pictures and explore the area.
- Bulldog Canyon - Wolverine Gate - After viewing the city there is approximately a 10-minute drive on paved roads back to the starting point and your car. This trip takes 2-3 hours depending on road conditions and passenger preferences.
