If you’re in Italy, tasting at least one pasta dish is a must… So we’ll teach you to make two of them! Discover the art of hand-rolling ‘sfoglia’ (fresh pasta) and preparing two distinct types of pasta from the ground up with your Cesarina. Sweeten the deal with learning to make the renowned Tiramisu as well.

Fun, enjoyable and delicioso!! - What a great day we had making pasta and cannolis! We were traveling two families - with kids ages 13, 12 and 9 and everyone was engaged! The food was great and we had a memorable experience. We had an issue with taxi drivers and the host helped us! If you are cruising a taxi should be around 5 euros a person, walk a block from the port as they try to rip you off there! Had a great time and would recommend!!

Best thing to do in Messina! 20/10 would recommend!! - This was the best experience in Messina, Italy! You should book this lifetime opportunity ASAP! Consuelo was such an awesome host. We had so many authentic, homemade appetizers. She made the art-making of pasta look so easy and was a great teacher! We made two different pastas and she gave all the secrets of making the best pasta you will ever have. You will never go back to eating box pasta the same way again. 20/10 would recommend!

Wonderful time, delicious food and amazing host Mariella - We made tagliatelle with tomato sauce, spinach & ricotta ravioli, and tiramisu. All the food was delicious and we can't wait to make these dishes at home for family. Mariella was thoughtful, kind and so welcoming. We enjoy meeting her, her mother and sister in-law. We laughed a lot and ate a ton of delicious food. She showed us a lot of the city and guided us around town. Her home is beautiful, warm and inviting. She explained everything to us step by step and much to my surprise my husband is better at pasta making than me. It was an unforgettable experience and I wish we could share a meal with these lovely ladies more often.

Highly recommend - We were made to feel very comfortable. We bridged the language gap with an audio translator app. We made several pastas (we couldn’t eat more than a bite of the last one because we were so full!) and a dessert. I highly recommend this class- it was a highlight of our trip!

Disappointed - Had to cancel night before due to NCL cruise ship not being able to dock in Messina. Cancelled on app but no refund because of full 24 hour cancel policy but when it’s out of your control and the captain doesn’t inform passengers until 12 hours in advance, you lose your $300. So be aware.
