Our Trip Couldn’t Have Been Better! - The experience of traveling to the Amalfi Coast, Sorrento, and Pompeii will be remembered as a special experience of a lifetime. The trip organizer called us to confirm the day prior to our excursion and set up a tour driver who picked us up in a luxurious Mercedes and dropped us off at our accommodation. My husband, son, me, the couple who accompanied us all had a fun filled day of informative sightseeing, including opportunities for shopping, eating and drinking.,We also enjoyed many laughs singing along to famous songs from Frank Sinatra, Dean Martin, Luciano Paverati, and others. The driver was knowledgeable, entertaining, and professional. The views of these world renowned places were beyond words to describe their incredible beauty. You have to go see them yourself.

Our favorite tour of our long Mediterranean trip! - This private day tour with Vito was absolutely amazing. Despite the weather being very hot, the minivan was very comfortable, and we loved the flexibility that this service provided. The first stop was in Positano, and wow, what a picturesque landscape! Pictures simply do not provide the same experience that seeing this area of the Amalfi Coast in person provides. Vito gave us plenty of time to walk around, take pictures and just soak in the natural beauty and culture of this area. We really appreciated his local knowledge and history of Positano. Next stop was in Sorrento, and Vito was able to quickly get us a table at a wonderful restaurant for lunch. We bypassed the long line and were seated immediately. Service was great and of course the food was just splendid. After lunch we had plenty of time to shop in the local city market on our own, and we didn’t have to follow a tor guide around and listen to endless point about the city. Vito provided just enough information so that we felt comfortable going off on our own and meeting up with him at later time. And the last stop was Pompeii. We bought our express tickets ahead of time, so we didn’t have to wait in line. This time of the year was super hot, so if you tour Pompeii in the summer, bring plenty of water, umbrellas and proper clothing! Begin able to quickly walk around Pompeii on our own instead of following a tour guide around for hours was so much of a better experience for us. It provided us so much more flexibility, which is what we preferred. Thanks Vito for providing us one of the most memorable experiences of our Mediterranean trip!

A beautiful day - The areas covered by Vito were incredible. There is no substitute for a local with great knowledge of the area and activities. The only issue is if you are on a cruise your time in the different towns is limited, but that’s not their fault! There is too much to see.

Driver was very nice,... - Driver was very nice, language was a bit of an issue, traffic into Sorrento was worse than we expected, a lt of time sitting in the car. It was expensive and we had some confusion at Pompeii as to whether a 2 hour tour or entry was included
