The top guides for etna - Poldo was a great guide, a real enthusiast of etna, a lot of information, we have not seen the past time, the hike is very beautiful, the landscapes are great. Go ahead with your eyes closed, hoping you have weather as good as us

Fantastic experience on Mount Etna - Our guide Raffaello was super nice and explained everything great. The organization was great, you could borrow shoes, jackets and hiking boots if you needed them. Our guides have tried very hard to translate the information for all the different speaking participants. Which worked out very well. Raffaello conveyed this with a great deal of humor. All in all, it was an impressive experience, which we can recommend unreservedly at any time:)

Spectacular ascent! - Lots of luck that day because Etna was busy. The guides and volcano expert were there to explain us the whole way in 4x4, the walk and even at the top of the crater. Good listening, good advice and a tip top course to enjoy the sunset and the spectacle of our dear Mother Nature! I recommend the activity!

An unforgettable experience - Incredible experience, we had the chance to see the volcano active. Our guide was great, very kind (I don’t remember his name, it was July 1st at 1pm).

Etna excitement! - Astonishing scenery. Very professional operation. Poldo was a great guide / and prolific linguist. My wife was nervous through vertigo and was planning to pull out but Poldo gave her enough confidence to do it and checked up on her when we got to the really hairy bit - the caldera. Amazing moonscape scenery and really unforgettable experience

Best volcano trip ever!!! 😍 - The trip was in May 2023. Unfortunately, I couldn't adjust it anymore. THAT was the best trip to a volcano I've ever done!!! The guide was very nice and knew a lot. He also spoke English, Italian and French fluently (!) and thus told the whole tour three times. It was great. On the way up you felt like you were in Jurassic Park. Awesome! I can only highly recommend it!!!

No summit for us, too bad - Vincenzo our Guide is a vulcanologist. Excursion that started at 8am time to put on our equipment and give 45€ per person for the use of jeeps. We thought we'd climb to the top but we got to 2800m, we're told we can't, there's too much activity. So we started the descent by stopping in a cave where lava tunnel, then a lava lake and various craters to arrive downstairs around 1pm. The Guide has been able to talk a lot and be fun, interesting but we remain disappointed with the number of helicopters flying near the summit craters.

Great. Great. - Was a great experience. We had good Guide. We could see a lot and a pity we were not allowed to go higher than 3000 m because it was not safe. Climbing was sometimes tough but was definitely worth it.

Etna north - It was good and interesting, but for my opinion, a smaller group would be better, because in this group were 20 people. At the end, when we got down, it wouldn't be necessary to have a snack break, because after this, it seemed that we are in a rush.

Very bad - We were guests there today. The service was right there to take our order. After a 40-minute wait, I went to the counter and ordered everything off and we left. I can not recommend this location as the service is overwhelmed.
