If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or an alternative tour of Sicily east coast (Taormina, Isola Bella, Castelmola, Cyclops Riviera). All passengers must accept the same option offered to make the alternative flight.
- How are seats assigned in the helicopter? The assigned seats depend on the weight and height of the passengers to maintain the balance of the helicopter.
- All passengers must show an identity document at check-in.

Etna helicopter - The whole experience was fantastic. From the moment we met the pilot until landing it was a great time. It is expensive but I would recommend it to everyone.

Incredible way to discover the Etna - A must do - an absolutely amazing experience in Sicily! You will see impressive lava fields, the top of Etna and many more highlights, which will be pointed out by the pilot during the flight. Everything was highly professional: fast e-mail response with fantastic advice, very friendly employees across the organisation (back office, reception, bar and last but not least the pilot)
We for sure will do it again if we are back in Sicily! Thank you for making this trip unforgettable!

Mt Etna conquered! - We were incredibly lucky with the weather and were rewarded with amazing views of Etna. Professional service from everyone at Helisicily, lovely commentary from the pilot. Would highly recommend!

Great if you get a window seat - These helicopters have 5 seats plus the pilot. However, only 3 of those seats are by a window where you have a clear view. While I got a window seat, my husband had to sit in an interior seat, so he did not enjoy the trip as much as I did. At 300 Euros per person, they should not charge the same amount for the interior seats, or they should just limit the passengers to the 3 window seats. That being said, the views were amazing and the pilot maneuvered the helicopter over the summit with great skill.
