• Minimum numbers apply: we need a minimum of 4 paying customers for a flight to definitively confirm its departure. There is a possibility of cancellation if there are not enough passengers, and you will be offered an alternative time slot or full refund if this occurs.
• The Etna volcano helicopter experience requires good weather. If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or an alternative tour of Sicily east coast (Taormina, Isola Bella, Castelmola, Cyclops Riviera). All passengers must accept the same option offered to make the alternative flight.
• How are seats assigned in the helicopter? The assigned seats depend on the weight and height of the passengers to maintain the balance of the helicopter.
