Participants will learn various hand-building techniques to create a personal and unique piece that reflects the surrounding Sicilian nature.
Following the workshop, join us for a communal Sicilian lunch featuring our grandma’s recipes, served at a shared table in the winery’s courtyard (or in the tasting room if the weather is unfavorable). The lunch includes antipasti (starters), primo (a pasta or rice main course), and secondo (a meat or fish-based main course), accompanied by a tasting of our red Vigna Grande and three other Etna wines (sparkling, white, and rosé). Many of the dishes served are suitable for vegetarian guests.
After the tasting, guests have the opportunity to explore the urban vineyards and the historic 1790 winery, or simply relax and unwind in our gardens.
Please note that your ceramic creations will require about a week to be ready. You can either pick them up at the winery or opt for shipping. Shipping to your country is not included but can be arranged at the end of the session if desired.

The communal lunch evokes memories of Sundays at Nonna’s house, featuring authentic Sicilian dishes reimagined by Chef Leonardo and complemented by four exquisite Mount Etna wines. Prior to lunch, participants engage in a unique pottery class held in our historic palmento, crafting a one-of-a-kind piece inspired by Sicilian nature. Lunch is served in our flower-adorned 18th-century courtyard or in the tasting room if the weather is unfavorable. Following the meal, guests have the opportunity to explore our urban vineyard and 1790 family winery, fully immersing themselves in the local winemaking heritage.
