Meet our staff at Villa Costanza, in front of 'The Florence Gate' Cafetteria. Reach the meeting point getting on T1.3 tramway to Villa Costanza (the stop will be at the terminus). The ride is 20 min from center and you can choose the nearest stop to hop on.

A must do tour to Tuscany. 10 out of 10. - The tour was very informative and fun, the tour guide was professional, informative and caring. Wine testing is fantastic and a great location to visit.

Wine with a view - I had an amazing time on this tour! Our guide was excellent and took very great care of us! Extra bonus is meeting travel friends! I cannot recommend this experience enough! And the star of the tour was definitely the wine!

Wine…. Yes please!! - We loved everything about this tour! From seeing the wine barrels to the tastings to the scenery … we relished it all. A true Tuscany experience!

Good experience, great value - The wine tour was really nice and everyone on the bus seemed to have a good time (they seemed to enjoy it more the longer it went on 😅).
Both wineries were nice experiences in completely different ways. The first was a smaller operation that feels like a nice relaxing Villa. The second is a very smooth operation that's goal is to make sure you leave happy 😊
The two reasons this tour isn't getting 5 stars are related. With a full coach bus the tour felt rather impersonal. They also sit the English, Italian, and Spanish all on the same bus so they do announcements once per language. I would have mightily preferred to pay 10 more Euros for a smaller group of only English speakers. Otherwise I have to sit quiet for 2/3 of the ride as a wait fir the third rendition of the information.

Great wineries, but time Mgt. was an issue. - Great small & large winery tour in scenic Tuscany. Time management was a problem. Castle should have been the first stop so people could actually see and enjoy the castle.

Ok but booking changed - In had booked a semi private tour with dinner prior to leaving Australia and it was cancelled last minute over here and than had to re book with a full bus load of mostley rude tourists
From other countries and were not than looked after
Wineries were great - but whole experience was dampened for us

Not a convenient travel - It was a little bit of a challenge to get to the meeting point as it wasn’t in town. The wineries were nice and a lot of fun, however, there wasn’t an expectation of cost for the products or shipping until at the wineries. The worst part was the bus didn’t have a working bathroom and there was an accident on the drive back, they would not allow us to pull over for a bathroom even though we were over an hour delayed and half the bus raised their hand that they needed a bathroom.

Bad experience with @mytours.it or My Tour in Italy. - The drive from Florence to the vineyard was (should have been) 30-40 minutes. Instead, they took us 20-25 minutes past the vineyard to get other customers. An extra 45 minutes. Same thing happened on the return trip. We missed the sunset and the tour was rushed. On the way home, we arrived about 30 minutes late due to the the roundabout travel route and the driver shook us down for an extra $100 from the entire bus to take us to center of Florence, near El Duomo, instead of an outside the city train depot (at around 1230 am on a Sunday night). They didn't acknowledge they were short a driver (the driver said they were) and they made no effort to make amends. We realize sh*t happens, but these guys didn't admit it, acknowledge it or apologize it. I would say - stay away from the Tour Operator.

Booked a wine tasting but got a booze-up - The one positive was that the driver, Massimiliano, was excellent. The tour started well with the guide (Marco) doing a good job of the commentary in 3 languages. However, from the outset, we were annoyed by a group of loud and obnoxious women, who got steadily worse as they drank excessive amounts of wine. They were egged on by Marco, who was also drinking. Their rudeness was embarrassing and they drowned out the woman who was trying to explain the wine by chanting “one more glass” over her. Marco had no interest in any other guests, many of whom were disgusted by this behaviour. When my friend and I told him we had been pushed out by the mob and did not have seats for one tasting, he was rude and dismissive, telling us we could either separate between the two rooms or “sit in the bathroom”. At the third stop, he failed to tell the group the meeting time, despite previously saying this was the most important point. He went ahead with the mob and returned late, apparently inebriated. He and the mob then played ear-splittingly loud music all the way back on the bus, with no regard to any other guests. At the end, as they shoved past us to get off the bus, one of the mob vomited down my friend’s back. A disgusting end to a dreadful experience, which should have been so enjoyable.
