Loved every single minute of it - We were in Italy for 3 weeks, and this experience is all we talk about with friends back home. It lasted about 4 hours, and Valentina and Anna Maria are the most friendly, welcoming, genuine hosts I’ve ever encountered. We made 4 kinds of pasta, plus a dessert that was handed down to them from their grandmothers and is so unique that it is hard to describe…think zucchini tart BUT INCREDIBLY DELICIOUS! Received recipes and pics from the occasion. It was a pleasure to talk with them (AND EAT) for the afternoon. Don’t miss doing this. There is nothing like it back home.

Incredible Afternoon Cooking in Tuscan countryside - Valentina and Anna Maria are lovely people to spend the afternoon with. I have attended multiple cooking classes in Tuscany but this one was special. Their instructions were clear and easy to follow even if you are not a cook. Making the four types of pasta was fun. The best part was the wonderful desert that I had never seen in Tuscany made from their family recipe. I can’t think of a better way to spend the day in Chianti then in the countryside with great people, food and wine!

DO NOT MISS!!! - Annamaria and Valentina made this the best experience of our Tuscany trip. They work together so well. They employed humor and expertise as they shared recipes and instructions. We all made our own pasta, and shared lunch at a gorgeous patio table. We were provided with appetizers, wine, the pasta dishes, and desserts.

Lovely experience and lots of delicious food - Annamaria & Valentina were absolutely amazing hosts, teachers and cooks. Such funny and kind women - even though they don't really speak any English and we don't speak any Italian, the translating app we used was totally sufficient and we got to know the ladies. The experience was so lovely and the food so delicious. Once we were ready to sit down and eat, we were brought so much more food than just what we made and some delicious wine as well - we left that day feeling more full than we had our entire trip. You really get great value for your money. Would absolutely recommend.

Wonderful Wonderful Afternoon with Valentina and Anna Maria - What a wonderful afternoon my husband and I had with Valentina and Anna Maria only last week! They are both charming, engaged and engaging and we learned some wonderful pasta making tips and tricks while making 3 different pasta shapes. Language was never an issue as Google Translate was our mutual friend. It was a great way to carry out conversations. Now to the food!! We knew that we were going to eat the pasta we made but were blown away by the spread of breads, appetizers and wine under Anna Maria's gorgeous mulberry tree in a most dreamy environment. The dessert including one we made from Valentina's grandmother's recipe and another one were delish too. We loved listening to their stories, spending time with them both and amazingly in the end, it was just the two of us for that day's experience. They are hardworking women, committed to this business and recommend them highly!!

An authentic Italian cooking class experience - After seeing multiple video’s online of what an Italian cooking class would include, this exceeded all our expectations. Besides the information you get about the process of making pasta and what is important, the amazing hosts Valentina and Anna Maria let you experience what it is to be part of a Tuscan family. With many additional personal stories, the process of making 4 types of pasta and and local Tuscan dessert makes you enjoy and appreciate the process of making pasta yourself even more. The communication via the translation app goes smoothly due to the speech recognition and the Italian language even added a more authentic touch to the class. The lunch starts with a round of amazing home made appetizers that all have a story and are local. Enjoying this under the shade of the beautiful mulberry tree, accompanied by the home’s cat and dog was truly a wonderful feeling. We highly recommend this class to anyone that is looking for an authentic Tuscan cooking experience.

Romantic Tuscan Cooking Class - This homemade pasta cooking class was pure magic. My wife and i were one our honeymoon and this class was so special, romantic, and full of joy. Annamaria and Valentina were amazing hosts. We had a lot of fun cooking, learning from them and laughing with the translation from English to Italian. We spent 10 days in Italy and this cooking class was one of our favorite experiences. Our lifestyle in the U.S. is very fast pace and it’s rare for us to cook and sit and enjoy every aspect of making and having dinner together. This is a class i’d recommend to anyone going to Italy, because you learn to make pasta from scratch but also about their culture and what making food represents to them as well as making food with love to those you love. This cooking class, and this experience was so full of joy, laughter, love, and of course, delicious food. Annamaria and Valentina were so sweet and special to us, played music for us and they even helped us catch the bus from Chianti back to Florence. I’d love to have this experience again and again. My wife and I would even love moving to the countryside of Tuscany and just change our lifestyle. Thanks so much to Annamaria and Valentina!!

Beautiful experience in Tuscany - My daughter and I thoroughly enjoyed this class. The women who led the class were warm and so kind. We also enjoyed the individual attention. The appetizer spread was beyond gorgeous and so delicious, and we loved learning how to make three kinds of pasta and a fun zucchini dessert. The outside space where we ate our lunch was so pretty as well. It was fun eating the pasta we prepared. I can’t really critique much since we enjoyed all of it but maybe I would suggest to have working wifi so our language could be translated effectively to the women. We would love to come back and make more food with them !!
