Azienda Agricola Casa Emma - Cooking Classes at Casa Emma offer an exceptional culinary and oenological adventure, ideal for those eager to delve into the world of authentic Tuscan gastronomy and the art of pairing food with wine.
Upon your arrival, a wine connoisseur will greet you and accompany you throughout the entire experience, beginning with a tour of the wine cellar. There, you’ll gain insight into the establishment’s ethos and the intricacies of their winemaking process. Subsequently, you’ll join our English-speaking Chef who will lead you through the various phases of meal preparation, utilizing exclusively Tuscan ingredients.
The culinary repertoire curated by our Chef features dishes such as pasta (including ravioli, tagliatelle, etc.), classic pizza Margherita, and a sweet finale. However, we are flexible and happy to accommodate any specific culinary desires you may have!
Prior to the meal, our wine specialist will introduce you to all the homemade products of the estate: our premium extra-virgin olive oil, traditional balsamic vinegar, and a selection of five distinct wines that complement the dishes perfectly.

Casa Emma’s cooking courses are a unique culinary and wine-centric adventure, ideal for those looking to delve into the heart of traditional Tuscan food and understand the art of pairing food with wine.
Upon arrival, you’ll be greeted by a knowledgeable oenologist who will accompany you throughout your journey. The adventure begins with a tour of our wine cellar where you’ll get a glimpse into our company’s ethos and the wine production process.
Following this, our English-speaking chef will take over, leading you through the various steps of food preparation, using purely Tuscan ingredients.
Our chef’s menu includes pasta dishes (like ravioli and tagliatelle), Pizza Margherita, and a dessert. We’re also flexible and happy to cater to specific requests.
Before the feast begins, our wine expert will introduce you to all of the produce made on site, including our extra-virgin olive oil, balsamic vinegar, and five distinct wines to complement your meal.
The experience is designed for a minimum of 2 and can accommodate a group up to 12.
