• Tenuta Bossi - Owned by the Gondi family since 1592, Tenuta Bossi has long been renowned for its wine. Nestled in the wooded hills northeast of Florence, in the heart of Chianti Rufina, a region celebrated for its wine since the Etruscan era. The grand Renaissance villa, overlooking the valley with its impressive park and cellars, has been restored and modified over the centuries since its acquisition.

Beneath the Tuscan sun, in the villa’s shade, surrounded by vineyards and olive groves, visitors can explore the captivating history of the Bossi family. Deeply connected to the land, they have been producing wine since the 1500s. Guests can tour the cellar hidden beneath the villa, where wine is carefully aged in wooden barrels, and learn about the various grape varieties that have been meticulously cultivated for centuries.

Visitors will have the chance to uncover the traditional winemaking process and experience history firsthand: the orciaia and caratelli for the Vinsanto. Finally, in a serene setting, guests will be guided through a wine tasting to discover the true essence of three Tuscan wines (which vary depending on the season and availability).
