- Customers must be able to climb and descend stairs. Please note that a moderate amount of walking is involved and this tour is not wheelchair accessible.

- Entrance to the Siena Cathedral is included ONLY if selected at the moment of reservation. Otherwise, clients can enter at their own expense and depending on Cathedral opening times. Please note that will not available on Sundays or Bank Holidays and during special event opening times can change.
- Please note that the guided tour in Siena will be only in English and Spanish
- Please note that the French, Portuguese and Chinese guided tour require a minimum of 4 participants
- The low cost option is the only one not including lunch in the winery

Meet our staff at Villa Costanza, in front of 'The Florence Gate' Café. Reach the meeting point getting on T1 Leonardo tramway to Villa Costanza (get off at Villa Costanza stop which is the end of the line). The ride is 20 min from center. Our staff will be wearing white shirt and green foulard.

Extraordinary experience - Each stop was a stunning and full of history. We loved the Gimignano the true essence of Tuscany. The food and wine tasting was an absolute delight.

A delightfull experience! - Everything was perfect. The trip was very well organized. We went to Pisa early in the morning when it was not too crowded, and then to the winery which was an extraordinary experience, with delicious traditional Toscany food and excellent wines. Later we went to Siena where we were so lucky to watch a part of the local tradition of Palio, which was an one of a lifetime experience, We finished our trip at San Gimigniano, where among other things. we ate the best (nominated) ice cream in the world watching the beautifull landscape of Toscany.
Many thanks to our quides Julia and Lucrecia, who were even more than perfect in their job, giving us exactly as many information as needed without exagerating, with a very pleasant way, while handling the best way with their experience every unpredictable obstacle that occured.
In total, it was one of the best experiences of our stay in Toscany, Thank you very much!

Great day trip from Florence - In short we had a great day, this is a very organized and very professional tour.
I just want to mention a few hiccups why I gave it a 4 rather than a 5.
1. The meeting point is very far from Florence city center. That means most people had to take taxis or public transportation to get there which is additional time and money. The tour ends back at this same location and on the day of my tour public transport employees started a strike shortly after we arrived back. Which means another taxi ride if you have phone numbers of drivers who hopefully understand English. I know the tour company has nothing to do with the strike but they are the ones who decided on the meeting point which is a big red flag.
2. The tour did not start on time because we had to wait longer for the bus to arrive due to a car accident. That also meant we all arrived back later. Also because our bus broke down on the way back and it took a while for the company to get another bus with a driver to pick us up. And there were people with small kids, who were counting on the tour be punctual. They had to pay the extra costs of taxi rides and an additional hotel night. I also had an early flight to catch from Pisa the next day. Again, I know this is not the tour company's fault, still I hope it helps to paint the picture why I didn't give it 5 stars.
All in all, the tour was very well organised, everyone had a great day other than these hiccups. I just wish they had a meeting point somewhere closer to the city center like other tour companys do. For example, I had a day trip from Florence to Cinque Terre just the day before with another company and their pickup location was in the city center which made everything smoother.

The Ultimate Tuscany Experience - Enjoyed a lovely day of sightseeing and a wonderful wine tasting/tour at Poggio Ai Laghi winery in Florence, Italy. Our tour guide Lilly, along with our driver Michel, were an added bonus to our memorable Tuscany experience.
The tour was well organized and stayed on schedule. This along with both Lily and Michel leaves no doubt that this definitely will not be our last Viator booking.

Siena - The trip was good. It rained and we got soaked. The guides English could be a litter better. There was confusion with the tour guide in Siena and who got to see the cathedral.

No lunch - No lunch and no wine tasting ,if you take this tour make sure you ate something on your way. The places that we visited was beautiful and charming.
