In the kitchen, our chef will reveal the traditional secrets of preparing “tagliatelle” and “tagliolini,” the classic handmade pasta paired with sauces. In this adventure, you will tour a privately owned wine cellar with a history of 900 years. A local professional chef will be at your disposal to facilitate the making of two unique pasta dishes and two different sauces. In addition, you will partake in the tasting of three different wines during your exploration of the cellar and your light lunch.

This will be an opportunity for you to acquire new culinary skills that can easily be replicated back at your home.

If you lack a personal vehicle, we can organize a van for your transportation though it’s not included in the costs. Our location is approximately 35 minutes drive from Florence city. Note there’s no public transport available during the tour hours. Kindly indicate in the notes section when booking if you require us to arrange transportation for you.
