Amazing Palace Experience! - We enjoyed our Excursion to the Royal Palace of Caserta. The tour operator contacted us ahead of time with the pickuo lication and time. It took around 30 mi utes to get from Naples to the Palace. At the Palaxe we showed our electronic tickets and they gave us paper entry tickets. We touredcthe amazing interior rooms of the Palace first ror about 1.25 hours then We bought a bus ticket to take us to the end of the 5 fountains. It is way to far to walk the full lenght in the time we had. We got photos of thevupper fountains and the first two liwer fountains then walked back and took the bus back to the palace we had enough timecto get a drink and a snack at the restaurant in the palace before meeting our druver for the return trip. FYI you could spend a full day easily to see the full gardens but we felt that the 3 hours we had gave us a good overview. We were back in Naples by 2:30 p.m. so we had rime to walk around and see a few sites when we got back.

Beautiful - A beautiful palace only 30 minutes from the centre of Naples. The gardens were very impressive and easy to walk. There is also a shuttle bus available for those who have difficulty walking.

Just wonderful ! - An Italian wonder. I thank the service staff who are always very kind and attentive as well as very knowledgeable. I received a lot of useful information along the way from the staff present in the various internal rooms. The display of various works of contemporary art in the various rooms was also highly appreciated. All to create a path that embraces modern and contemporary art. The gardens are beautiful and should absolutely be visited by renting a bike (service available at the beginning of the park). Unforgettable day.

Visit to the palace of Caserta - Very nice experience, Francesca is a very knowledgeable and helpful guide, she explains without boring and involves the whole group in the visit, both inside the palace and in the gardens..

Life in previous century - The interior castle. Not well prepared for handicap visitors. One needs to fish for seniors/handicap information. Eventually one can find if persistent.

Disappointed - We paid for skip the line access and audio guide. Neither existed. It was very crowded. The parts of the palace we were allowed to see were amazing. There is a lot of wide open space in the courtyard that would be perfect for a cafe. The small snack bar was very crowded, with no place to sit. The employees at this facility were the rudest people in the entire country of Italy.

Details about trip were... - Details about trip were minimal and confusing. We received two different meeting points and were not told whether we were being met by a person, a van, or a bus. The "guide" was accessible only by WhatsApp, which was not made clear up front. A taxi driver with our photo finally found us after a lengthy delay. The trip was fine, but not knowing what to expect on the front end created a great deal of anxiousness for us. Much more detail about the arrangements should be provided!

Cancelled twice! - Sadly, this excursion was cancelled twice on me. This palace was a major reason I’d wanted to visit the area. I was thrilled that I could book a tour through TripAdviser. The first cancellation was the day before my initial booking. I was able to rebook for the following day, and then it was cancelled again, less than 24 hours after I’d booked it. Bad business practice to offer a tour like this if you don’t have the integrity to follow through, even if there aren’t many visitors to make it profitable. That is your company.

Caserta is nice, but pretty much, we’re on our own. - This is just a van ride, no guide- live guide or audio. I will not recommend this tour from this company.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND - Tickets were sold on days when the museum was closed. I urgently need to change the dates. And I do not receive a response from the email indicated when registering the purchase. Will I be defaulted????
