Embark on an immersive wine tasting journey in Napoli, Italy. Discover local Italian wines, learn about wine etiquette, and indulge in delicious pairings. Join us for a memorable experience!

Highlights

Piazza del Gesù Nuovo - We will taste 2 wines (Campania wines from local grapes), eat local snacks with Mozzarella and vegetables. You’ll get to know wine tasting tips and etiquette. I will talk about ancient wine culture and history in Campania. We will pair local food with the wine.
We will play fun wine games and enrich your wine vocabulary, making you more self-confident next time you buy or taste wine.

We will discuss the wines of the day, and their history and will play “Myth or Truth” about 1000s of wine myths/truths we have heard.

We will evaluate the wine on a professional evaluation sheet created by WSET!

P.S. In case of a bigger group (min. 8 people) we will do the degustation and eat local pasta in a wonderful terrace with a breathtaking view of Vesuvio and the sea. (see the pictures)

Additional Information

This is a Unique event, trust me!

I’m a somm in the wine marketing sphere. With me you’ll discover local Italian wines and their history, learn about wine etiquette, play TRIVIA games about wine, and enrich your vocabulary so that the next time you buy a wine you feel more confident to choose the right one.

We will pair 2 wines from local Campania grapes (white and red) with 3 big bruschettas made with local salami and cheese, olives and taralli/chips.

We will assess the wines professionally.

In case of a bigger group (min. 8 people) we will do the degustation on a wonderful terrace with a breathtaking view of Vesuvio and the sea. (The dates should be discussed as early as possible)

People get so friendly during my events, that at the end they stay at the bar (or the terrace with the amazing view if we are 8+ people), chat, take pics, and even share contacts.

P.S. Children & under 18s ARE welcome, BUT instead of wine they can choose water/juice. The snacks will be the same.

Fun! Informative wine tasting - It was such a fun and informative experience. We both knew quite a bit about wine but learned even more about how to better express our wine tasting experiences. It was also amazing to be able to experience local wine.

Awesome - I was looking for a wine tasting, and made a reservation here. I have to say that the experience was super, Tamara was so meticulous and thorough in explaining the wines. The environment then fantastic in the middle of the historic center of Naples, accompanying food good , definitely to taste and enjoy. Recommended to everyone passing through or living in Naples.

Enjoyable tasting - Tamara is very knowledgeable about wine and the tasting was fun. She helps you to learn how to characterize the differences of each bouquet. Plenty of great food to enjoy with the local wines.

Amazing experience with FUN wine tour! - Tamara was amazing. She did such a great job explaining how to taste wine appropriately and made this such a fun experience. I love a little competition and she made a trivia game that taught us so much about wine.

An enjoyable learning experience - Tamara hosted a small group of us for what turned out to be an extremely fun and informative evening! I appreciated that she made everyone feel comfortable whether they had a lot of wine knowledge or were relatively new to it. I would recommend the tour to anyone living in or stopping by Naples!

Fun and infomative wine tasting in Naples. - Tamara was great!
