Fun learning experience with a delicious outcome - I had a wonderful time with a lovely group of people learning how to make ravioli and fettuccine. The Ravioli was so delicious and I learned not only a thing but two things about pasta sauce. Our chef was absolutely amazing. I can definitely recommend this cooking class and this company.

Amazing Instructor and food - We had the wonderful Chef Lucas as our instructor. He was very passionate about food and what he does which made our experience amazing! The place was easy to find. Class started right on time. I would highly recommend this tour.

Chef Lucas is the best!!!! - The private pasta class with Chef Lucas was awesome! He shared stories of history and his own grandma’s sauce recipe with us. He was funny, kind, and knowledgeable. Truly the best sauce my husband and I have ever had. I encourage you to take the private class if you have the option! We made fettuccine, ravioli, tomato sauce, and Alfredo sauce. Everything was delicious! He also gave us the name of a great gelato place in the area for after - which was also really good! We also got a pasta diploma at the end! One of the best activities we did on our honeymoon! Thank you, Chef Lucas!

Best pizza class! - Lucas was an amazing teacher! He took the time to explain every step, so our dough would come out perfectly. He shared a secret to make the sauce perfectly as well. Very informative!

Ravioli and fettuccine... - Ravioli and fettuccine making was a great experience with a great chef, Antonio! And the outcome is suprisingly full-filling in a great atmosphere! I highly recommend it during the Napoli's visit!

Basic hands on pasta making - We prepared two pasta dishes under the instructions of Vitale. He was friendly and entertaining. The whole thing took roughly two hours including preparing the food, taking photos and eating the pasta we produced. The cooking school was rather rustic and is located in a residential neighborhood. I thought that there is room for improvement regarding the presentation part though. For example: - Replace the plastic aprons with fabric ones. This would also reduce plastic waste. - Use proper wine glasses instead of water glasses for the wine. - Don't just dump the pasta into large bowls and let people serve themselves. Arranging the pasta nicely on plates before serving would definitely enhance the experience. - The recipes provided online are almost useless. They lack instructions on how to make the pasta. The tomato sauce is missing completely. All in all we enjoy the event nevertheless.

Had better meals - First of all: our Chef Lucas was very nice and we had a lot of fun. But to be honest, we had other expectations: for 45€ p.P. we expected to Cook more by ourselves. We learned, how to make the dough for ravioli and fettucine, that was all really that we made. But the actual „cooking“ wasn‘t really there (the Tomato sauce was made by the Chef). Also, we were like 16 people in the group and it was Not enough Food for everyone. I had like 3 ravioli. So all in all, would not do it a second time.

Disappointing - We had to share a pasta making station so one person makes the pasta and one person watches even though we all paid the same. We made ravioli and fettuccini from scratch which was ok. The filling for the ravioli was made by someone else. The sauce for the ravioli and fettuccini was made by someone else. There was little to no information provided by the instructor on making the sauce. I got very little out of it and was very disappointed. I did a paella cooking course in spain and it was so much better.
