Enjoyable class - We had a wonderful cooking experience with Luigi. The facility was super clean, elegant, and had all of the amenities needed for a wonderful cooking class, Luigi was very personable and shared a lot of really helpful information about the Italian culture and cooking. The gnocchi and fried calamari we prepared turned out excellent and we enjoyed it with a bottle of wine they offered for purchase. We highly recommend this experience.
