As a first step I will teach you how to make the dough for Neapolitan pizza. You will have the most important skills to make the perfect dough.
Each couple will make a dough with the recipe for 2 people. You will have the perfect recipe to use at home.
Then we will try the products used to make the pizza. You will have a detailed explanation of the products of our land. You will taste tomato, mozzarella, homemade bread and olive oil
Later I will show you the oldest way to divide dough balls. Called “mozzatura”
I will explain the ingredients to make the margherita pizza. You will take your dough, you will roll it out like a real pizzachef, you will put the ingredients and finally with the help of the baker you will put the pizza on the shovel.
Finally you will eat your pizza while I will tell you the story of Neapolitan pizza with a good alcoholic drink included. Finally you will also have the pizza chef diploma with your names. A perfect memory for this experience.
