Great excursion, well worth the time and money. - This was a great last-minute booking. We tried buying tickets direct, however, they were sold out. Luckily was able to find tickets via TripAdvisor. It was an extensive tour at multiple locations. Well worth the cost. Not suggested for those afraid of confined or small spaces. You do walk down a very tight long pathway. It did seem a bit sketchy, just show up and name on the list... but it worked.

Underground to History - Fascinating story. You cover a lot of territory. I feel they could offer an English tour every hour every day, maybe would keep numbers down, there were 45 in our group! The section where you have to crabwalk is pretty awful but really only lasts two minutes at most...Don't bring a back pack or bulky bag with you. I struggled with some steps at times, one part I think was 120 steps, if you have foot issues, dicky knees or hips it would be too much. The look at the theatre was very interesting to and the Nero connection was an added touch. I recommend it tho as a fascinating look into Naples history. It can be a bit confusing that there is another tour almost across the road that can be confused for this one. Look for the gargoyle face over the entrance.

A very interesting tour - It was fascinating and an amazing experience- our tour guide was very interesting and informative. It was a little irritating that tours were not seperate ie: the Italian language tour left 5 mins before our English tour which meant a) combine group and b) Italian guides voice was loud and made it hard to hear our guide

Meh - It was ok. Didnt see much of anything and it was really hard to hear the guide. We saw a couple rooms and an area with water. And a few little things in a min museum. Lots of stairs for not that impressive of an attraction

Interesting but not the most engaging your guide - This was quite an interesting little tour but our English tour guide wasn’t the most engaging person to take us round and this spoilt it a little bit. Looked like the Italian tour were having a much better time

Over-rated & over-populated!! - There were over 40 participants on this tour and it was unweildly to mznage. The guide was giving talks when half the paticipants had not arrived at the point of interest. The accoustics coupled with a guide with poor English and a heavy Italian accent made it impossible to follow the commentary. The sights underground were limited but the overground sites of Roman & Greek architecture was intetesting. The tour could be so much better with better organisahion limiting tour sizes and having clearer English-speaking guides.
