Lovely interesting tour - Super interesting tour. Even though it was a large group (maybe 40), I never felt bored or lost behind. Showing up 30 minutes before is a little unnecessary though, since they only call you in 10 minutes before

Fun and Interesting - We took the tour in June, so this was a great way to escape the heat in Naples during the summer! Our tour guide was fun and knowledgeable which made the tour enjoyable.

Life underground - Interesting place underground. On hot days , the best tour 😅. Very informative, and interesting to know what has happened in these catacombs over the centuries.

Si può fare e si deve fare! - Beautiful experience. In some places, bottlenecks that can make an impression, but feasible path. Great driving. An hour and a half goes by without realizing it. Bravi!

Definitely a must see - We did not quite know what to expect but what we saw was definitely more and better! It was a perfect way to start our week in Naples because it made us see the City in a different light and helped us understand better why and how it became what it is today. History lesson aside, it is also incredibly beautiful! Too bad our amazing guide, a student of archeology, was not allowed to accept tips. His vast knowledge and his captivating stories certainly deserved a reward!

Cool! - This was a very interesting and educational tour. It could be a little strenuous for this not able to take a lot of stairs and tight spaces.

Must do in Naples - It was very nice experience Group was a little too large English speaking guide was ok, when you have a lot of people in group, it’s harder to hear. Overall, you should take this tour Great temperature 100 feet below the surface !

Great tour and a very impressive place! - The tour was very interesting and we had great insights, however, the guide was partly, due to the group size (51 people), very difficult to understand.

Terrible experience-process is chaotic and unorganized. - The process is very painful and disorganized. I received a message the night before from my tour guy with to check-in. I arrived at the checkin time and the a gate lady tells me Im with the English group to return at 1pm. I returned as instructed. To my surprise the lady checking tickets and now directing groups was a different. This new lady had no patience and right away tells me to come back at 2pm because my group was already full. I was confused and trying to understand what was going on. Lady, who refused to give me her name start screaming not only at me but at other tourists. She seems overwhelmed and the lines where completely chaotic. i had no idea what I had done wrong but she screaming at me that No, No my group with Mario was now full and I can either come back or get my money back or call the service who I purchased my tickets. Her peers were trying to help me and explain what I was told and confirmed at the 1pm group, this lady lost it and os screaming at everyone on the entrance. My daughter was so scared and was as confused as me as to why was this lady so out of control. I called trip advisor and while on the phone with trip advisor, they ask me to get her name. i went back to get her name and the lady starts screaming again saying Im not giving you my name. The customer service representative heard this lady screaming and literally told me to walk away. I have officially filed a complaint.
