an authentic culinary adventure in Naples - We had a fantastic experience learning how to make pizza in a beautiful environment. We were warmly welcomed by the staff, the pizza maker and the staff guided us step by step throughout the process. From the dough to the extraction of pizzas from the oven, every moment was explained with care and passion.
After preparing our pizzas, we sat down to taste them, and it was a pleasure to taste the fruit of our work. An experience that I highly Recommendation to anyone who wants to live an authentic culinary adventure in Naples!

Pizza Magic - Serena was the absolute best!!!!!! She is the best your guide I have ever had. I highly recommend making an original pizza at this award winning pizzeria. We all loved the whole experience. The pizza maker was like a magician. I can’t wait to go home and practice my new pizza skills.

Fantastic! - This was a great experience! You get to make a pizza then eat a meal at one of the best pizza restaurants in Naples. The chefs were incredibly knowledgeable and our fantastic guide Serena made sure we understood everything and the history of Napoleon cuisine.

Not worthy - Interesting instruction. We just did the base for a pizza. We did not make our own pizza with toppings as promised. 3-level menu was just one-level, a pizza margarita. Good we got a wine :)

The ppl were friendly but... - The ppl were friendly but they should have cancelled when the instructor could not make it and give us a refund. It was very rushed and over zoom. Lasted 20 mins at best.

Not worth it - I Will be as objective as possible in my review. So I had reserved for 13 people about 3 weeks before the event. We had a bus tour of Amalfi for the morning until 5 pm. I figured 6:30 time for the school would be plenty of time to get there. The lady from the pizzeria called the day before asking if we can come in early at 5 pm because there was another group booked. I said I will try but no guarantee. We got back to Naples at 5:15 and it took us another 30 minutes to get there. She kept calling me and asking where we were. I was slightly irritated because it wasn’t my fault that they were overbooked. Figuring out logistics with a group of 13 is not easy and everything takes longer.
When we arrived, we started right away. The only hands on experience was mixing and kneading the dough. I thought that we would get to roll it out, put the sauce and cheese. But that wasn’t part of it. Maybe it usually is but because they were kinda rushing us, I figured they just wanted to get it over with.
Then we sat at the table and each person got one margheritta pizza. It said that fried pizza was included but we didn’t get any. The ticket clearly said that each person can have a drink of choice but then told us that alcoholic drinks were extra.
The owner came over to us and asked if we wanted limoncello. Our ticket clearly said that it was also included. He said we had to pay. I showed him our reservation where it said it was included and he said it was wrong. So we passed on the limoncello and left.
Overall, we got to mix the dough, have one margherita pizza and share bottles of coke and water. No way in hell was that worth $65!! Considering that pizza is available on every corner in Naples for 7 euro. Also, we were only there for about an hour, not 2 like the ticket suggests.
I think taking a pizza class in Naples is a fun idea but avoid this one and go for a cheaper option.

Do not choose this experience! - The class if you only speak English is with a translator. The worst thing is there were so many people in it, 17 all together! You can’t hear, you don’t ever get the recipe and you only get to put the dough into a ball. At that point the class is done! There is not anything else, appetizers, drinks unless you demand them, etc! You do get at that point, pizza they prepare and give you with no dinning experience. I understand the area may be desperate for money, but don’t let them take you for this extreme amount of money, for a few slices of pizza and nothing but a chance to roll flour on a table and put it in a bowl! I do have to say we were able to get wine, there was one waitress that was able to communicate to get it for us. I do not leave bad reviews usually, but in this case. But a slice of pizza is not worth the amount and experience! I owe it to people looking for something that was not delivered.

Pizza class doesn't deliver...doesn't even show up!! - Day before the class i got a message that the location had changed due to an oven issue. Not a prob. I understand that. New location was set, day and time did not change. Next day we showed up to the new location on time and it was closed. I knocked on the resturant door and an employee, clearly annoyed, said he had no idea of what i was talking about and promptly closed and lock the door. After several attempts i reached the booking agent who after a LONG hold informed the, the class has been canceled. No explanation, no alternatives. Family was pretty looking forward to the class, but to no avail.
