An amazing experience - We had an amazing time in this class. There were only 4 of us and Enrico was very knowledgeable and helpful. The antipasti and pizza was delicious and the restaurant was lovely and easy to find.

Pizza perfect! - Since Naples is where pizza was first made, I thought it only fitting to take a pizza making class. This was one of the highlights of our trip to the Mediterranean. Our family of five all enjoyed making the pizza and even more so eating it. What a difference without all the preservatives we are accustomed to - It was the best pizza any of us that they ever had. Highly recommend this excursion.

In this course everyone creates the perfect Napolitan pizza! - Super pizza cooking class in the middle of Naples with super friendly instructor. First a dough was prepared, then there was an appetizer and then a pizza was prepared in small groups by the wood oven with provided dough pieces. For us the antipasti before the pizza was too much and the air conditioning of the room almost too little. And it would also be cool to use the self-kneaded dough in parallel (e.g. make a bread out of it), so it is a bit of a shame about the raw materials.

Pizza doh - Had fun and the food was tasty. 2 of us joined up with 3 other guests at a table - was a good atmosphere. Chef was difficult to understand. Good resource pack.

Baking pizza is good, but not in this place - The long table for 13 people was very unsuitable, 7 people sat on a bench and many had to get up when someone had to go to the toilet. Acoustically we didn't understand everything because sometimes at the top of the table instructions were given in English with a strong Italian accent (My wife is English !). I found it unhygienic, the dough we kneaded by hand, we did not eat it ourselves, but was let go overnight. There was no instruction to wash hands beforehand, no idea who ate it then. Pizza could only serve 4 people at a time, everyone else had to wait. Therefore, we were also pressed for time; after tomato sauce and cheese, the pizza was pushed into the oven without saying a word about other ingredients, you had to intervene if you wanted some ham on it. After eating pizza, we left as we did not feel welcome ...
