Herculaneum was great - We hired a guide at the site and it was money well spent. Driver was great and no complaints there. The wine tour was good but we are non drinkers but still the wine was good for non experts.
Only complaint has nothing to do with your company it’s directed at Vesuvius.
We bought tickets for 12:30 and got there late they would not let us in
Also be aware there is no internet there so make sure you print out your tickets or you have to pay for wi if access
Also on the long trip go to the bathroom before you get there or else you have to buy something to use the toilets
