Five Star Afternoon with Ferdinando - We met Ferdinando at the agreed location after our visit to the MANN in Naples. We visited the Cantina del Vesuvio winery to sample wines and enjoy an amazing meal with Vesuvius in the background and finished at the Royal Palace for walk through the grounds and apartments. We were dropped off at our hotel close to the winery and Ferdinando was a helpful guide at each stop along the way.

Day trip to the regions around Napoli - Carmine met us 10 minutes early in a clean Mercedes Van. We departed Napoli and headed to the Palace at Caserta for a 3 hour tour. Carmine was just around the corner when we exited and then off to the winery Cantina del Vesuvio in Trecase on the foothill of Mt. Vesuvious. Beautiful views of the volcano and Bay of Naples. Carmine was chatting with the vineyard workers when we wrapped up a tasting and lunch. He was the perfect chauffeur and commentator. Highly recommended

Private Guide is a must! Ask for Daniella! - Favorite part of the excursion was Daniella, our personal guide through the palace. Be sure to ask for her. She was amazing and made this visit remarkable. Incredibly knowledgeable and very kind. Our shore excursion was cancelled at the last minute by our cruise ship. I contacted Viator looking for a last minute trip. Vincenzo responded promptly and arranged a ride in a private van to the Palace. He also suggested the private guide and I am so thankful for that. The ride to and from the Palace was efficient with driver Danielle. He handled the VERY crowded and chaotic streets of Naples amazingly. Thank you Vincenzo for helping to make our day in Naples a memorable one.

History and wine by the foot of Vesuvio - We had a great time visiting Reggia in Caserta. The guide was punctual, polite and well-informed. Most of all, the wine tasting in the Russo family winery, at the foot of Vesuvio, was a nice and unexpected surprise. I would strongly recommend this tour!

Wine with great views of Vesuvio and Napolitan Bay - This is a tour I would highly recommend for those visiting Napoli and surroundings! Reggia di Caserta is a place not to be missed if you like (recent) history. But the real highlight is the wine tasting and italian lunch on the foot of Vesuvio volcano, with splendid views of the Napolitan Bay. La Cantina del Vesuvio is a small, family running winery that produce some refreshing and delicious wine, served in generous portions together with decadent pasta, olive oil and Napolitan dolce. Not to be missed!
