You will also try the local limoncello. Everything takes place in the former Caffè Margherita, the first café chantant in Italy.

Together we will learn the authentic recipe of tiramisu like the few who still follow the original. Our chef will guide you step by step to learn how to make tiramisu from scratch. First we will give you an apron and all the ingredients you need. Then you will proceed to prepare the tiramisu, starting with the coffee with a traditional coffee machine, and we will wait for it to cool. We will continue beating the eggs, cheese and sugar, furthermore, we will begin to dip the biscuits in the coffee prepared at the beginning of the lesson. Now it will be time to make the tiramisu by adding the layers of biscuits and the cream. Once ready, we will wait for it to cool in the fridge. In the meantime, you will hear the history of limoncello and how it can be made. After that, you will also be able to taste it. Then your tiramisu will be ready and you will be able to enjoy it while listening to the history of the dessert itself, which few people know. Come with us!
