I will guide you through the most remarkable historical spots of the city, but with particular focus on UNDERGROUND LOCATIONS.
A must is the visit of the Underground City “Neapolis Sotterrata” where through the entrance of a Medieval Cloister we will reach the greek and the roman life of Neapolis. . . all of this at 12 mt underneath the chaos of the city!
Once upstairs again, after a cool neapolitan coffe or a sfogliatella (typical dolce!) we are ready to visit and to understand the cult of the Deads in the underground church of Santa Maria delle Anime del Purgatorio ad Arco in the heart of Napoli, in via dei Tribunali. We will finish visiting the underground of the Duomo of Napoli

Allow me to lead you through the historic and contemporary tales of the captivating city of Naples. Join me as we stroll around the city’s main attractions, and I’ll be delighted to reveal some lesser-known local gems. The journey will be adaptable based on your preferences.
I will navigate you around the city’s most significant historical sites, with an emphasis on SUBTERRANEAN SPACES. An essential stop is the ‘Neapolis Sotterrata’ Underground City, accessed through a medieval cloister, where we journey through the Greek and Roman heritage of Neapolis… all 12m beneath the city’s bustling surface!
After resurfacing and refreshing ourselves with a classic Neapolitan coffee or a sfogliatella (a local delicacy!), we’ll continue our tour with the underground church of Santa Maria delle Anime del Purgatorio ad Arco, a symbol of the city’s unique death cult, located in the heart of Napoli, on Via dei Tribunali. Our final destination will be the underground portion of the Naples Cathedral.
