Upon departing the port, the journey will commence with a leisurely sail, offering a chance to admire Mount Pellegrino, the city’s prominent mountain. The first stop will be Mondello Beach, known for its light, fine sand. Here, there will be an offshore pause for approximately an hour, allowing for a swim and snorkeling to explore the area’s stunning waters.

Next, the journey will continue to the coast of Grotta della Regina, named after Queen Carolina of Austria, who had a private pool carved into the rock. During this hour-long stop, there will be an opportunity to swim again and enjoy a delightful aperitif, featuring a glass of white wine and a selection of traditional Sicilian delicacies, including olives, bruschetta, caponata, and eggplant salad.

Following the aperitif, the skipper will navigate back to the starting point, with the return journey taking about an hour.
