Join us in the lush hills beloved by Emperor Frederik II of Swabia for a delightful stroll through our family vineyards and olive groves. The organic farm spans twelve hectares of picturesque hillside that gently slopes towards the sea.
We’ll visit the wine cellar to uncover the secrets of winemaking, share the excitement of wine tasting, and enjoy a walk among the wooden barrels. In the expansive lawn next to the cellar, you’ll find ancient olive trees, blooming arches, and traditional farming tools. We’ll also explore the aromatic plant garden where we’ll prepare a fragrant bouquet for you.
We’ll arrange a cozy picnic on the lawn featuring five delightful Sicilian appetizers: farm-fresh vegetables, homemade bread with olive oil, organic honey, and delectable citrus jellies. The brunch will be complemented by tastings of white and red wines that embody the warmth of the Mediterranean.
