I had personally used Mia Limo for a transfer when I visited Rome and Civitavecchia cruise port last year so I was familiar with the company, but this time Matteo Peterlini, the owner, truly went above and beyond for my family, who were flying in from Istanbul. Their flight was unexpectedly diverted to Milan due to extreme weather, which threw all our plans into chaos. As soon as we arranged transportation for them to Rome, I reached out to Matteo at 6 a.m. local time to update him on the changes. I was expecting to leave a message and hear back later in the day, but to my surprise, Matteo responded immediately. In just a few minutes, he had completely re-coordinated the pickup from the new location and adjusted the time. Before I even had a chance to inform my family, Matteo had already contacted them directly with clear instructions on where to meet the driver once they arrived in Rome. His communication was flawless—he kept in constant contact with me, providing updates on the driver’s whereabouts, estimated time of arrival, and drop-off details. Thanks to Matteo’s swift action and meticulous attention to detail, my family arrived at Civitavecchia in perfect time to board their cruise ship. I truly don’t know what we would have done without his help. The entire process was seamless and stress-free, and his level of care and professionalism is unmatched.
