In case of arrival, our driver will wait for you in the airport arrivals hall with a tablet with your name on it. We will monitor your flight with an online Flight Tracker every 10 minutes and, in case of delay, we will wait for you at no additional cost. In case of departure, our drivers will arrive 10 minutes before the scheduled time at your hotel or private residence, will assist you with your luggage and will ensure that your journey is stress-free. If you provided your mobile number at the time of booking, 1 hour before the transfer you will receive a text message with the driver’s name and mobile number.
