Discover, cook and experience the most iconic Italian dishes with expert home cooks in their own homes. This is a shared cooking class held in a carefully selected local home in Turin. Our Cesarine (the name of our hosts) will welcome you like part of the family and will teach you their family cooking secrets for an authentic culinary experience.

During your stay in Italy, you must indulge in at least one traditional pasta meal. Thus, we’ll equip you with the skills to create two!
Learn the art of hand-rolling ‘sfoglia’ (fresh pasta) and concocting two distinct pasta recipes from scratch with your Cesarina.
To top it all off, you’ll learn how to create the legendary Tiramisu.
Dive into Italian culinary arts and form new bonds in our interactive cooking class. It’s a fantastic way to truly immerse yourself in Italian culture.

Le Cesarine represents Italy’s most ancient group of home chefs scattered across the nation. They are hospitable hosts that welcome inquisitive travellers into their homes for comprehensive culinary encounters.
- Please note that our Cesarine are ready and thrilled to host you in their homes! All Cesarine are always very careful and attentive of the important sanitary rules needed, even more now! The homes provide all the essential sanitary equipment for the guests (paper towels for washing hands, hand sanitizing gel and so on). Remember to always maintain 1 meter distance from each other and if not, wear masks and gloves

Taste of Italy - Iva was wonderful! It was the highlight of our 2 weeks in Italy. Her home was lovely and the food was delicious. My husband and I were with our 4 adult kids and 1yr old grandson. She and her husband were fun and welcoming to all.

Feel welcome in Torino! - Alberto and his wife were such gracious hosts! They knew how to make the small group, who did not know one another prior to meeting, feel comfortable with one another. As he coached us through the skills, Alberto explained not only what to do, but also what was happening within the ingredients and why the techniques he recommended were important. This prompted great conversation among the group, a truly international mix, about our own family favorites. In the time, we ended up with a variety of pastas and ways to flavor them, as well as a delicious dessert. Eating what we made Italian family style was the perfect finish!

Wonderful time, highly recommend - We had a wonderful time learning to cook and eating the dishes. I would absolutely recommend this to anyone looking for an experience that they'll remember while in Italy. I recommend seeking out Eugenia specifically. She and her husband were a pleasure and made the experience something we will remember forever.

Such a great experience! - My boyfriend and I were traveling to Italy for the first time and really wanted to take a pasta making class. They were both so friendly, warm and welcoming. Not only did they make their best efforts to translate everything to English so we could understand, but they prepared homemade snacks and offered us aperitivo drinks as well. Their home was beautiful, and they spent time getting to know us and took lots of photos and videos! I'll definitely be recommending them to anyone I know that goes to Turin.

Perfect culinary and cultural experience - end the night with a full stomach and full heart! - My grandmother and I had the most amazing time with Eugenia at her home in Turin, Italy. Eugenia, her husband, and her assistant/translator Arianna welcomed us with open arms and taught us to cook two types of pasta and Tiramisu. It was wonderful! Not only was it a culinary experience, but a heart-filling evening of conversation and laughter.
Their apartment is conveniently located on the first floor, so there's easy access, and the space is absolutely perfect. They played soft music, everything was clean and ready for us upon our arrival, and they were perfect, experienced hosts.
It is clear that Eugenia puts her heart and soul into each experience, and we cannot be more happy that we chose her cooking class for our first night in Turin. We highly recommend this experience!

A must do in Turin - By far the highlight of our trip. Rosanna and Giacomo were the perfect hosts from the minute we set foot in their charming home. Very well crafted menu and had great fun making, and eventually savouring, the pasta, dessert and appetizers in a warm and welcoming family setting. Highly recommended

2 cancellations, 1 unexpected booking without prior contact! - Cesarine cancelled two classes. Firstly Iva who I had picked was apparently sick for the 9/6 but they did suggest an alternative. Unfortunately I didn’t get back to them due to circumstances and they assigned Sara who I couldn’t find anything about and was surprised they didn’t get in contact first. So I said no. This isn’t ok.
When I had time, I booked for the 10th and received a confirmation email from Alice with the name of address of Matheo. Within 10 minutes, it was cancelled again! Matheo is also sick.
