Spa with friends😍 - Simply beautiful! Magical place, shared with friends!!! Each room is made to take care of yourself! From the hydromassage, to the waterfalls, to the swimming pools, to the relaxation rooms, each carefully furnished! Abundant and varied lunch! The aperitif, on the other hand, is not very attractive... but for me it was not very important as I had already had a large lunch!!

Not to be missed, but watch out for mosquitoes. - As always nice and clean. The only flaw, even if it is my opinion, has been the absence of solutions against mosquitoes, few in fact, such as pimps, at least on request, or the like.

Relaxation, tranquility and sensory baths... - Last Friday we decided to treat ourselves to a relaxing day at the QC Terme in Turin.
Located in Turin (To) along Corso Vittorio Emanuele II, easily accessible on foot and by public transport (Re Umberto metro station is a few steps from the property).
We purchased a package with daily wellness program for couples (directly on the official site of QC Terme, choosing the day and time of access to the structure) adding lunch (indicating the time of access to the dining room).
Upon check in we were given a bracelet on which were indicated the type of our PASS, the time of lunch and aperitif, the possibility to replace once the bathrobe during your stay at the spa.
In addition to the information about the structure (open from 9.00 to 23.00) we were also given the keys to the lockers inside which there were a bathrobe, a towel and a pair of slippers.
The structure was arranged on five levels:
- On the ground floor the reception, the dining room with bar, the large garden with whirlpool / sensory tubs, wooden sauna (which rotated on itself 360 '), the solarium area with deck chairs / loungers and smoking area.
- In the basement the changing rooms with lockers and showers, the wellness path with Turkish bath, waterfalls, whirlpool, sensory bath, massage showers, etc.
- On the first floor multiple relaxation rooms to choose from with aromas / lights / soft music and large green terraces with deck chairs and sun loungers.
- Floor according to numerous saunas with different levels of heat intensity and the relaxing salt room.
- On the third floor (attic) other relaxation rooms.
Internal stairs and an elevator were available to move between the various levels.
Dispensers of water and light drinks were scattered throughout the facility.
The property was very clean and well organized, we did not find too many people, the various spa and relaxation rooms were easily accessible.
In addition to lockers (with a small safe inside), showers, toilets, hair dryers with mirrors, soap/shampoo dispensers and body/face creams were available in the changing rooms.
In the dining room (which turns on at set times) we had both lunch and an aperitif.
A very comfortable and clean environment.
There is a large buffet with a modest assortment of dishes (salads/cheeses/cold cuts/bread/breadsticks and condiments of all kinds) and desserts (cakes/tarts/cookies/muffins/creams/fruit). All very fresh and tasty, high quality ingredients.
To accompany the dishes you could take water and wine by the glass directly from the bar (included in the package purchased).
For the aperitif we were given a cutting board with four jars containing salami, cheese, olives and sliced apple.
In addition there was a buffet for the aperitif, there were pizzas / focaccia / savory of all kinds and cocktails (alcoholic / non-alcoholic) and sparkling wine.
Very nice idea of cutting board, good cocktails.
The staff of the dining room (bistro) and bar were very kind and helpful.
The reception staff very welcoming and professional.
In the outdoor area of the garden staff would pass by to serve refreshing drinks.
We paid the equivalent of 190,00€ total for two people (day pass for couple, lunch, aperitif, towel/robe/slippers available) paying by credit card.
Recommendation to book access to the spa directly from the site.
It is an excellent structure, comfortable, surrounded by greenery (the garden was well maintained), where you can rest and relax at best (it did not seem to be in the center of Turin).
The rooms very quiet and peaceful.
Suitable for couples.
Recommendation definitely.

Luxury only in price now... - No more luxury... except in price. Beyond that the experience remains pleasant for those who want to carve out a corner of peace in the city, the offer is much worse. In order: bathrobes without pockets ... whatever. Hand soap in the ladies' room finished... whatever. Broken phon.
We start the tubs and discover that the jets of the Turkish bath do not work, the foot bath does not work and lacks soap to put in the tub.
Aperitif: embarrassing. You have to book the time, you have to move because they invite you to leave the table after 45 min (ok they are not few, but I have to relaxeee). Buffet with pizzas and fried (unhealthy) to put in micro paper towels. No saucer. They give you for 2 people a tray with 4 pieces of salami, cheese, olives and fruit mignon slices. Recommendation: A buffet with fruits and vegetables in addition to pizzas would be appreciated. Finished all the showers lack products and cleanliness leaves much to be desired. On delivery of the towel and bathrobe it was so full that we almost left it on the ground.
In short: either they lack staff or they are relaxing too, because all these shortcomings do not live up to the name QCC terme.

Is there room for everyone??? - After the passage in reception we start the tour from the basement. The elevator is under maintenance but there are 3 floors to visit. Scale!
So many people in all the whirlpools, we wait a little and the seats open up but we can only do the same hydro several times because the others are never available. Third floor saunas hardly usable, lots of people here too but who lie down and "steal" at least two other places. So relaxation room but also here all the water beds or in the enchanted maze are all full. At the time of the aperitif a tray in two with apple slices, 4 salami type beretta , very small green olives not rinsed and all pit, 5 cubes of parmesan. All for two people. Then there is the buffet with pizzas, focaccias and fried meats, the latter rather rough, broken or stuck together. Only way to bring them to the table only napkins. Of saucers even paper no trace. When I see the waiter in front of everyone topping up a bottle of prosecco with a bottle of prosecco rose while we finish the aperitif crowded into the room inside on the left, not the outside because "reserved for the next shift" and when 15 minutes before time we are warned to leave the tables as soon as possible I understand that it is no longer the same. Before Covid, the QCC aperitif was a buffet, without crowds at the tables, at least in Milan, San Pellegrino and Lake Garda, it was worth it and the quality of the dishes was up to the cost of the experience. In the years that followed the quality and quantity of the offer in my opinion has gone down. Today it cost us 74 euros per person. No tribute out (creme) but we had got used to this. We will return to the Italian QCC that we have not yet visited because the experience is still unique but our expectations have lowered. Hopefully we'll have to think again about the future.

Fallen and disappointing - Absolutely decayed and decadent
60 euros and barely worth 20.
Aperitif sparse, monotonous and with rotten fruit. Not even a saucer to put two pizzas.
Locker safe not working.
One size bathrobe.
Feet whirlpool not working
It is no longer a pleasant Luxury Place I remembered.

A waste of time - 3 hot tubs, no pools or feature showers, a few boring saunas and a bunch of amateur relax rooms. There’s so much more they could do to enhance your spa experience. If you’re used to actual spas, don’t waste your time.
