Egyptian Museum Tour - Luisa was a tremendous guide...We unfortunately were 15 minutes late...she waited for us and ended up giving us an additional 15 minutes tour. The museum is incredible and Luisa's knowledge and gift of storytelling made our experience much more valuable.

My little girl who wanted to be an Egyptologist came out - The visit was spectacular and well organized. The Guide was very knowledgeable and very comprehensive in the explanations, thanks to his explanations I was able to photograph details that maybe I would not have photographed. Recommendation to everyone to try this experience.

Brilliant tour, extremly knowledgable guide - Absolutely brilliant tour. Alessandro had an insane amount of knowledge and took a lot of time to really guide us through the entire history of ancient Egypt. This is by far one of the best tours we ever had, and I dont say that lightly. He answered all our questions, gave us tons of insights (way beyond anything someone with a basic general knowledge knows or what is described in the beautiful museum itself). I would take the exact same tour again just to learn more.

Magnificent Collection Devoted to Ancient Egypt - The Egyptian Museum contains the second largest collection of Ancient Egyptian artifacts in the world behind only the Grand Egyptian Museum in Cairo. The collection spans over 30 centuries from the pre-dynastic period to the period of Roman occupation. This expansive collection provides insight into the lives of the Egyptian rulers and those that served them. Special attention is paid to the religious and burial rituals that represented how ancient Egyptians understood their world, life and death. Although this museum can be covered in about 2 hours, someone that is very interested in Egyptology could easily spend 5-6 hours here.

Excellent tour. The tour guide was very knowledgeable about the exhibits and artifacts. I'd call it the Egyptian Odysse - The 5000 year old mummy was fascinating. several of the painted chests caught my eye. Merit's wig was amazing in that it survived all these years intact.

Intimate - We were very lucky to have the guide all to ourselves. Great communicator and very insightful. Answered all our questions. Just wish it lasted the full two hours instead of 90mins.
