Zona Arqueologica Teotihuacan - Our adventure starts in Mexico City with a visit to the Square of the Three Cultures, where history and modernity converge. We then proceed to the awe-inspiring archaeological site of Teotihuacan to marvel at the grand Pyramids of the Sun and the Moon, the Temple of Quetzalpapalotl, the Citadel, and the Avenue of the Dead. Additionally, we’ll explore an arts and crafts center.
Basilica de Santa Maria de Guadalupe - We return to Mexico City to visit the Basilica of Our Lady of Guadalupe, the Patroness of the Americas.
Cuernavaca and Taxco (Wednesday, Friday and Saturday at 9:00)
Plaza de la Constitucion - Enjoy a panoramic tour of Cuernavaca, the city of eternal spring, where we’ll visit one of the oldest cathedrals in the Americas, the Palace of Cortes, and its charming mansions and avenues.
Santa Prisca de Taxco - Next, we head to the Sierra Madre to explore Taxco, known as the “World Silver Capital.” Here, we’ll visit the renowned Baroque parish church of Santa Prisca, stroll through its cobblestone streets, and admire the local silver craftsmanship.
Puebla and Cholula (Tuesday, Saturday 09:00 am)
Great Pyramid of Cholula - Discover Santa María Tonanzintla and San Francisco Acatepec to appreciate the stunning Indian Baroque-style churches. We’ll also visit the world’s largest pyramid at the Cholula archaeological site, surrounded by 365 churches.
Zocalo de Puebla - Continue to Puebla, a UNESCO World Heritage site, where most buildings are adorned with tiles and intricately carved freestone.
Puebla Cathedral - We’ll also visit the magnificent Cathedral at the main square.
Capilla del Rosario, Templo de Santo Domingo - Our tour includes the Chapel of the Rosary, considered the eighth wonder of the art world.
Xochimilco - CU - Coyoacan (Tuesday, Friday and Sunday at 09:00 or Wednesday at 02:00 pm)
Ciudad Universitaria - Take a panoramic tour of the World Trade Center, the Siqueiros Cultural Polyforum, the Mexico Bullring, the Theater of the Insurgentes, the Olympic Stadium, the University City, and the lava gardens of San Angel.
Canales de Xochimilco - Afterwards, visit Xochimilco, a World Heritage site, for a ride on an Aztec boat.
Coyoacan - Finally, explore the colonial district of Coyoacan with its 16th-century mansions and the remarkable paintings at the Church of Saint John the Baptist. This tour operates only on Wednesday at 14:00 and Sunday morning.
