Excellent - It was a very safe, quiet and beautiful trip. The pilot Francisco de la Rosa seems experienced and very friendly. The service was efficient and orderly.

A Divine Experience ✨ and the crew 10/10 - I had a super nice time apart from the lovely view all the staff were extremely friendly and warm. From the person who picked us up at CDMX, who was super attentive, then with the pilot Camilo who gave a very cute toast and made us feel very safe, who took the divine photos of the flight and so many more examples. I recommend it 100% 🫶

Amazing day and breathtaking view - The transport guy Diego was good and communicated well. Everything went smoothly from the morning to the end. Our pilot was great at navigating the balloon. The view was beautiful and breathe taking. We had to reschedule as it was so windy in the morning we booked. We had to pay extra 800 MXN to pay for transport on the reschedule day. The pyramids were massive so definitely have to rush a bit. If you don't like to rush, maybe get a tour with just pyramids.

Magical experience on the pyramid of the Sun - Spectacular experience. The pilot Paco was very good and Emely took incredible photos of us. The wind gave us a gift and we passed over the Pyramid of the Sun. Highly recommended

Breathtaking views, delicious breakfast, fascinating tours and incredible experience overall - Everything was beyond my expectations, one of the best tours I've been on. The balloon flight was breathtaking, breakfast was delicious and in a stunning setting, the tours (agave production, obsidian and silver workshops) were fascinating and the pyramid complex itself was amazing. Highly recommended.

Experience of a lifetime - Seeing the ruins from the hot air balloon is an experience of a lifetime. We got into our hotel in Mexico City at midnight and were kicking ourselves for only having 3 hours to sleep before doing this tour. No regrets. Amazing experience and seeing the ruins from the air before walking the site provided a different perspective.

We had a wonderful time, it is something magical, the staff in charge of the security of the balloon flight are super attentive - In a movie sunrise, the view of the pyramids is great, every detail can be appreciated since it is a very quiet and silent walk

Great experience, don't hesitate! - We took the tour through civitatis and arrived with aerodiverti, the experience more than recommended, from the super organized pick-up they wrote to us the night before to coordinate and then arriving there everything was perfect in time and quality, the hot air balloon deserves a special mention, The experience was very well maintained with photos at every moment and the pilot Christian Valdez was fantastic!!! Spoiler at the end of the balloon experience they give you a glass of wine as part of a tradition. We have ended up very happy after this experience.

Incredible views and a great experience - This trip is well worth the cost! It was very well organised, and the day ran on time and smoothly. The views from the hot air balloon were incredible and it was an amazing way to see the temple. The pilot was skilful and we had a smooth take off and landing. There was plenty of good food option at breakfast including vegetarian options. The tour around the temple was also excellent our guide was very passionate and full of information.

Great flight, some possible improvment - The flight was great. It is something to do once, either here or in Bagam or other place like that ! 45 minutes, not one more minute in the air. We lost 30 minutes before visiting the pyramid zone, just waiting for a guide to expose its services, while the 2 hours allow for the visit was too short. Also, building groups by understood language should be consider : English or Spanish And pickup in cdmx is at 5 am (not 5.30 as said)
