Recommended - Very good option to get to know CDMX. Ismael has navigated us safely through the challenging traffic in the metropolis. The e-bikes are not super modern, but powerful enough. Ishmael has visited with us the most important sights. Near the Zócalo we stopped at a simple but very good snack restaurant to eat delicious tacos. All in all recommended!

We had a great day... - We had a great day cycling around the city and getting to see the highlights. Our guide, Luis was awesome! We rode through Chapultepec park. Even though section 1 was closed as it was a Monday, they let us ride through it to commute, so we had that part of the park to ourselves. The. We rode down Avenida Paseo de La Reforma towards Centro Histórico. CDMX has a great bike lane infrastructure which made it feel safe. Lunch at a local taqueria was very good and well needed after all the pedaling. I highly recommend this tour to anyone especially at the beginning of your visit as it really helped us get oriented to this large city.

Very Good Overview And Intro To MXCD - First, I should note that I was an hour late for the original meeting time (MXCD traffic!) and missed the earlier tour. The tour company was kind enough to allow me to drop into the afternoon tour. I really appreciated the pivot. Our guide (Ismael) was a fount of information about the city and especially Chapultepec Park. He was friendly, informative and led us through a safe ride around MXCD. I was surprised at how well we navigated La Ciudad, but that was all due to our expert guide. The food stop was quaint and the food and drink very good. The only reason I stopped at 4 stars is because the bike I was given was just too small. If you're anywhere near 6' tall, you might want to ask them to make special arrangements. Otherwise, a fun tour.

Waste of time tour! - This tour was a waste of time! My family and I were expecting an enjoyable, informative stroll through multiple areas of Mexico City, with the goal of getting oriented and deciding where we might want to spend more time the following day. Instead, we only visited two neighborhoods that were far apart and spent most of the time biking on uneven roads, where our focus was on not falling rather than actually seeing the city. The guide, Ismael, was rude and arrogant. Although we arrived 15 minutes late, which was still within the allowed window per the tour information, he told us we were “lucky” he waited because another couple had canceled. This comment was unnecessary and unprofessional. The tour focused heavily on the history of just the two locations we visited, rather than providing an overview of different parts of Mexico City, which was the main reason we booked this experience. Our intention was to learn about various neighborhoods and get a sense of where we might want to explore further, not to receive an in-depth history lesson of only two areas. Additionally, the tour was far more tiring than expected, which prevented us from seeing more of the city later that day. The food stop, which we paid for separately, was very poor quality and not worth the extra cost. Overall, this tour felt like a waste of time and money and did not deliver what we expected.
