Great tour - Very knowledgeable tour guide and a pleasant day! Highly recommend! Teotihuacan was my favorite part of the tour. Fascinating to learn about the cultures and what remained and what had to be reconstructed.

A must see. - The tour was fabulous. Our guide, rafael, was very knowledgeable and had a great deal of energy. The driver, manuel, did an excellent job in Mexico heavy traffic. My only complaint is that you have very poor communication between yourself, the guide, and your clients. Another group went off to the same place, and we had no idea whether anyone was going to come to pick us up. You really need to do better about this. An email or text saying the driver will be at a specific place at a specific time would greatly lessen my anxiety and the other people on the tour.

Too Long, could be better. - All in all it was a good day, however our guide Teresa was not great. She’d often provide such an extensive back story, we wouldn’t be talking about the site we were visiting and it bored the group. Then when we got to the main attraction, she took us through caves of paintings and didn’t explain anything about Teotihuacan pyramids itself, just sent us for free time. More time explaining the main attraction and give us more time to explore paintings and cathedrals ourselves would have been ideal. We also didn’t depart the city until 0930/40 so we were still on the mini van picking people up for 1.5 hours with the tour operator asking us to swing by and pick up more last minute add on’s. It turned a 8-9 tour, into 10+ hours. The sites themselves were good, but it was also broken up by an expensive lunch which was partly reheated and not delicious, and also various shops which nobody had any interest in. This tour could have been 6-7 hours if it was run better. Making the experience more enjoyable.

Probably do a different one - Teotihuacán really cool but not enough time, Catholic place nice but also not enough time. Main issue is I kept being told to buckle up but there were no seatbelts. That’s kinda unsafe. It was also very cramped transportation
