Miguel was a wonderful tour guide. He was very knowledgeable on the history of Mexico. I learned so much from him. - Miguel was a joy to be around. He was so much fun and treated me with respect. I could tell that he enjoyed the tour as much as I did. His English was perfect and he knew where to go, even though he had a GPS system. He made everything easy and knew the layout of the destination well.

Enjoyable trip to the hot springs! - I was unable to go on this trip due to being ill, but my in-laws were able to go and they loved it! They said their guide was very helpful, and was able to stop so that they could purchase water shoes and coffee on the way. Although the trip was long, once they arrived there, they had several hours at the hot springs and really soaked up their time there!

A TRIP TO REMEMBER - We spent two days and one night exploring beautiful parts of Mexico with Carlos, our tour guide. He is both kind and considerate, something we both appreciated very much as it was our first time seeing these sights. We truly enjoyed traveling with him as he will not only be efficient with your time, he will also be fully prepared with his iPad, Teotihuacan reference book, and laser pointer as a way to provide more insight and attention to details throughout the trip. He is more than willing to adjust the itinerary and also makes thoughtful suggestions for pit stops along the way. There is no doubt about how rich the history is in Mexico so I definitely encourage you to ask as many questions as he is very knowledgeable and curious about this beautiful place. We are so grateful for his service and most importantly, his professionalism throughout the whole journey!!!🇲🇽📷😎🥳

Bad experience - I will start by saying our guides were very nice and did their best with the situation at hand. I will also say I appreciate that when I brought the issue to the tour operators attention, they issued a $70 refund. However a $70 refund is disappointing for the experience we had, so I will continue with leaving a review. They listed the tour as a private transfer. This usually means a SUV or small van, but no, It was a small sedan, and my party of three was packed into the back of the car like sardines for a total of 8 hours. Our backs and legs hurt for having to sit still on top of each other for hours. Then, given the condition of the car, the tire bust and we had to pull over on the side of the road. The driver was able to put a donut tire on and make it to the grotas, but then he had to leave to find another tire The point of a private tour is that you can come and leave as you wish. But given the fact that our driver had to go all the way out of the mountains to get a new tire, we were stranded at the location two hours longer than we wanted to stay. So in terms of comfort and flexibility, you’d be better off taking a public tour for a fraction of the cost. Additionally the grotas were not that impressive, and are not worth losing a day in Mexico City. They are very impressive, are not all natural, and is really far for the value of the experience Additionally the tour lists snacks and water included and we did not get either
