Historical perspective - Emiliano did a great job giving a tour of the area and giving not only a historical perspective of Mexico City but offered some contemporary insight as well. The stops were informative and interesting to see and learn about. This particular afternoon was interesting because they were setting up for a big government event tomorrow, so we got to see the city center change for a big event. The cathedral was beautiful and we were able to go in and see a wedding take place. I really enjoyed learning about the history and would recommend it!

Didn’t want it to end! - Nadia was an amazing tour guide - I never wanted it to end! She was smart, funny , and had tons of passion about the subject matter. It’s crazy how many historical buildings there are around the centro. If you’re in CDMX you absolutely must take this tour. It was even special to do the later afternoon 4:30 so we can see some of the city lit up.

Not in vain. - We toured the cathedral, the ruins of Maya and walked to the Palais des Arts. Arturo is friendly, funny, interactive and very familiar with the Old Town. I'm ready to book their guide again. Thanks to Mexico a Pie for the wonderful wizard service.

Great introduction and overview of the history of Mexico City. - Danialla is extremely know-legible and knows how to deliver a lot of content without making it taxing to the listener. Daniella is also very attentive to her client’s needs and preferences. Highly recommend!

Excellent historical context of Mexico City. - Nadia was an excellent tour guide. She was very thorough, always took time to answer questions, and she pivoted (due to sudden heavy rain) when required! She was an excellent storyteller. I would recommend this tour.

Good overview of city - The tour was structured well, focusing on pre-hispanic, new Spain period and 1900's onwards. Significant time was spent at 3 or so places and quick stops at others. I personally would rate a 3.5 as would have preferred less detail and more sites/walking as I am more of a visual person, however my husband loves history and enjoyed all the detail.
