- San Martin de las Piramides - Once there, you will see how the team prepares the hot air balloon for the morning flight over Teotihuacan Valley. The flight lasts about 40 to 60 minutes (shared flight), and you will enjoy it with other balloons. There will be coffee, tea, and cookies for you to taste before your flight begins.
- Zona Arqueologica Teotihuacan - Then, we’re going to have a traditional Mexican breakfast at a local restaurant.
- Zona Arqueologica Teotihuacan - For about 2 hours, you will explore the archaeological site with your local guide, seeing the Pyramid of the Sun, Pyramid of the Moon, Street of the Dead, Quetzalpapalotl Complex, and Teotihuacan Museum. After that, you will visit the pre-Hispanic cave, which is considered an astronomical observatory built by the Teotihuacanos.
- Mexico City - Finally, we will head back to Mexico City to drop you off at your accommodation.

Very professional - Our host Ginny was fantastic! Such a lovely fun person and very knowledgeable! You can tell she switches her approach based on the needs of the guest which was great! Ginny also helped us find someone to do one final activity we had been hoping to do which was incredibly helpful and she followed it all the way to make sure it happened as planned and we had a good time.
We were unlucky with the weather so didn’t get views but that’s the risk of this kind of activity.
Only issue we had was Viator showing we could have pick up at our hotel but this didn’t match the tour operator approved pick ups. We managed a solution but definitely something to be fixed with aviator to avoid awkwardness.

Would def do this - The experience was amazing and the process was so seamless, 10/10 and our tour guide and driver were equally great. Only note is the experience says there's a tequila tasting after seeing the ruins but that wasn't something that was offered to us.

A wonderful experience! - The views were amazing. It was so peaceful floating above the temple complex early in the morning with so many other hot air balloons adding to the view. Our guided tour of Teotihuacan was informative and personalized. Highly recommend booking with this group!

Bucket list day - This was an incredible experience for myself, my husband, and our 14-year-old son who is deeply interested in history. We were cared for so well from pick-up at our AirBNB by our thoughtful and helpful driver to the air balloon ride to a delicious breakfast to the tour of the ruins with our exceptional guide. Our son was thrilled to learn from our guide, who had a degree in prehispanic Mesoamerican history and was a wealth of knowledge and wise perspective. The ruins themselves were astonishing. The entire experience made for a bucket list day that was well worth the splurge.

Both adventure and history - An amazing experience. It helped feed both the adventure and the history experience I wanted. They take good care of you the whole time. Our driver Jonathan was amazing and our guide Eloy was incredibly knowledgeable

MUST DO in CDMX - Decided to surprise my girlfriend with this experience and it was nothing short of incredible! Everything ran so smoothly, instructions were super clear and our driver Juan and guide Ginny were amazing! They were both so sweet and we felt immediately welcomed! Ginny gave us a private tour of the pyramids and it’s definitely the best guided tour I’ve ever had. She is very animated, breaks things down so that they are relatable and easy to follow and had answers to every single question we had. I highly recommend asking for both Ginny and Juan and know you will be in great hands!

Great time; highly recommend - Hermes was a knowledgeable tour guide and the tour was wonderful. Our group was small (just my friend and me) and we got an early start. As such, we beat the crowds for every stop and got back before 1p (very appreciated). We had a great time and I would recommend the tour. The only thing I would change would be skipping the last stop to see the restaurant in the cave; after a long day it wasn't worth the extra hour.

Best experience with Hot Air Balloon and tour in Teotihuacan - The Hot Air Balloon ride was breathtakingly beautiful. It’s a must when you come to Mexico City! Our Captain Constantino was so much fun. He made as all laugh. And ride was super smooth. We loved every moment of it.
Our tour guide Hermes was amazing, he was so knowledgeable about the history of Mexico City and special our tour in Teotihuacan. We had a great time learning about the culture and impressed with everything that we saw. Thank you so much for treating well and giving us the best experience!
