Early morning attraction - Slow early morning flight over the archeological sight-it is amazing. The whole attraction in well organized and smoothly performed. There are few options to choose according your preferences.

A Ride to Remember - If you're looking for just a balloon ride over the pyramids, no tour, no tourist stops, no breakfast. This is your pick! Communication was great from the moment I bought my ticket. Javier and his crew were very organized with pickup and used our cameras to take pictures of us in the balloon before we went up. Gabriel, the pilot, and his helpers were also professional and made this solo traveler feel safe. On the ride back, Javier suggested local places to eat based on everyone's neighborhood they were staying in. I took advantage of my breakfast recommendation, Chilpa, and Javier was not wrong! 🤌🏻 Thank you for a check off my bucket list! 🎈

Best Choice We Made - If you are planning to take a hot air balloon ride over the pyramids, book this excursion!! We picked Javier and his group based off the great reviews, and we couldn’t have made a better choice. Before the trip even started the level of communication was top notch. My girlfriend lost her passport earlier in our trip, and we were going to have to cancel, but Javier was able to reschedule not just us but our whole group of five to a later day on our trip no problem. He was more concerned about how we were doing with the lost passport. The trip itself was AMAZING. Started at 5AM with pickup (Javier was ready exactly when he said he’d be), followed by about an hours drive out of the city. When we got to the launch site we were given coffee, tea, cookies, and water while we signed the waivers and got split into groups. From there we loaded into our balloons (which, watching them prep the balloons was so cool on its own!) and took off! The whole flight was ~45 minutes. But it was beautiful and so peaceful. The views from the air were incredible, and at no point did any of our group feel unsafe (even our friend with a fear of heights). After landing, we had a brief toast and time to get settled on the ground before driving to the pyramids themselves (to avoid the heat of the day). Javier had hats, glasses, water, and granola bars to help tide us through, which was really nice. The tour of the pyramids was super informative and really focussed on helping set the timeline of Mezoamerican history straight for us. We got some great photos and were through in about an hour and a half, right before the heat got too much. And that’s when we went to brunch, which was a treat itself. The food was sooo good and there were plenty of options. Our group had a mix of dietary restrictions, but everyone was able to eat their full of delicious food. The brunch even came with a couple of shows by local historical dance groups! Which were really impressive, and did not try to hit us up for money (like I’ve experienced on other tours). All in all it was an amazing experience. There were no tourist traps, no requests for additional money that weren’t made clear in the booking, just a FANTASTIC tour with an incredibly friendly and helpful team. I have told all my immediate family that they should do this tour and now I’m telling you. It really was the highlight of our trip.

A must when in CDMX - The hot air balloon experience is one you must do when in Mexico City! Yes, you have to wake up early but trust me, its worth it. Javier, Sarahi and thier team do this experience really well. Don't forgot to mention any special occasions as they will make sure to celebrate with you!

no gimmicks, beyond expectations - this entire experience was incredible! from pickup to drop off and everything in between, this team was so helpful and went out of their way. they truly exceeded our expectations and were so accommodating and kind. we weren’t sure at one point if we would be able to go up but after a short wait we were on our way. i love that they care about safety. with the weather we were not able to go as high as usual but it was still an incredible experience. our driver? pilot? was so safe and we had one of the smoothest takeoffs and landings that i saw. many balloons tipped over at the end while landing but ours was almost perfect. would definitely do again :)

Just book it! - Sarahi and team were really great! We got to the balloon site quickly and safely and the experience itself was amazing! My partner is scared of heights and felt totally safe and at ease in the balloon with its skillful operator. The views were spectacular and it was a once in a lifetime experience.

Spectacular views and safe experience - The host and there team were extremely professional as they communicated throughout before, during the day, and after the experience was complete. The coordination and logistics was very efficient. Left from Mexico City as a small group at 5 am and returned at 12:30pm. The hot air balloon was absolutely a magnificent experience. The views were spectacular and safety was top notch. Our pilot had 32 years of experience, and felt safe the entire 1 hours hot air balloon ride.
