Incredible experience - The balloon ride was the highlight of our trip. Beautiful views of the pyramids & all the other balloons. Our drivers Carlos & Vanessa were great… on time picking us up, pleasant, helpful, took pictures for us, & made a photo for each of us (5). We ate a later breakfast at 1030, per our request after the private guided tour of Teotihuacan by Eloy (who was incredibly knowledgeable). The pyramids were less crowded because we went before we ate breakfast. The restaurant was Rancho Aztec & the buffet was exceptional with a wide assortment of home made Mexican dishes as well as, eggs, soup, & Mexican sweet rolls. Amazing!

BEST TOUR GUIDES in Mexico City! - Carlos and Vanessa were truly exceptional guides. Carlos picked us up at our Air BNB promptly and for us to the balloon launch site safely. He was incredibly knowledgeable and answered any and all questions we had not just about our excursion but about Mexico in general. He gave us great food, bar and places to Visit recommendations. Vanessa our personal tour guide for the pyramids was also exceptional. She was so enjoyable to spend the morning with walking around the pyramids. She really took her time to explain to us the rich history and culture of it all! We loved spending time with Carlos and Vanessa so much we booked them for the next day to take us to Coyoacán, San Angel and Xochimilco. They took us to breakfast, on a boat ride through the canals and then to the Frida and Diego homes/museums. We plan on booking with them again on our next trip to Mexico City. Truly exceptional service, attention to detail and safety. Mil gracias to Carlos and Vanessa for Making us feel at home.

Great experience!!! - It was a great experience from the start. The communication before the tour was efficient and they picked us up at the hotel with an experienced driver and comfortable car (you want this if you’re waking up 4am for the ride). When we got there it was a quick process to get to what mattered (the “globo”). The balloon ride was great - and our pilot was clearly experienced. You could tell plenty of balloons going far from the location (“wrong air current” we were told) while we went smoothly to the archeological site with great views all around. Our guide to the archeological site was really knowledgeable and nice (Sergio), we came out of it knowing a bit more of Mexico’s history. By the way, this is a good complement with a visit to the Anthropology Museum. Finally, the restaurant was good and we were really not bothered by all the souvenirs’ peddlers. So yeah, 5 stars.

Would love to visit again - Overall experience was very good. All the promised Iternary points were covered with punctuality. The communication from Ms Mi Tra was precise and without any confusion. Hotel accommodation was good. Point for improvement: since we Indians drink lot of water, the availability of water should not be limited. Oke M S

Good trip - Wonderful views of the pyramids! The balloon portion went really well. Just the right duration. It was very very cold the morning, but they sell sweaters, scarf, gloves etc there. The guide at the pyramids after was really friendly and knowledgeable.

A MUST DO TOUR! - We were picked up by Edmundo, who was super nice and comforting. Before going on a balloon flight we had coffee and a small snack. Then we headed to the balloon flight where they explained to us everything, we were able to get so many photo opportunities and videos without any issues. Next we were taken to the pyramids of Teotihuacan which was guided by an excellent tour guide named Eloy. He answered all of our questions and comments. He is very knowledgeable on the subject. There we also were able to take plenty of photos and videos whenever we wanted. After that, we went into a dark cave in which we were provided flashlights and a helmet. Once the tour was completed we enjoyed a buffet of Mexican dishes which were delicious, don’t skip out on the conchas! Overall the entire trip was excellent and safe. Will definitely do tours with these guys again when I come back with more friends. THANK YOU FOR PROVIDING US WITH SUCH WONDERFUL MEMORIES!!

Fantastic, unforgettable experience! - We had a phenomenal experience! Our guide and driver picked us up and were very friendly, funny, and informative -- telling us all about the history of different areas. We had an amazing time on the hot air balloon (our first time), exploring the archaeological sights, walking through the cave, and eating the most delicious lunch! We enjoyed every aspect of the tour and learned so much about the culture and history from our tour guides. We didn't have to wait in long lines and overall it was a very safe, personalized, and fun experience. Our tour guide, Elisabeth, was fantastic as was our driver Edmundo! Elisabeth is so knowledgeable about all historic sites throughout Mexico and Edmundo helped make the car drive fun. We had lots of questions and they were always happy to answer, even giving us a longer tour to see and hear more about the sights. We highly recommend this for everyone!

Great day - Had a fantastic time with Elizabeth and Edmundo! They were friendly, knowledgeable and helpful during the day. The hot air balloon was a great experience. A slight shame that the wind blew us in the other direction from the pyramids, but that can’t be helped. Also it led to some great views of the landscape. The Teotihuacan pyramid was a highlight of our trip to Mexico City. Amazing to see in person and surprisingly the place was not too busy even on a weekend (though we may have just been lucky). Overall highly recommend this tour.
