The highlight of our trip to Mexico City. It's a MUST do tour - This tour was truly the highlight of a wonderful 4 day visit to Mexico City. Our guide, Fernando was excellent; attentive, informative, energetic, and fun. The tour enabled us to see parts of the city that we would otherwise not visit. Fernando spoke with pride about the neighborhoods we visited and explained what we were seeing - something we would not have benefited from if we explored the area on our own. He organized the tour in a way that was informative and entertaining, and yet not exploitative. Included in the tour was a visit to the the Utopias centers of Iztapalapa, a series of parks, social centers, learning & cultural centers, and sports facilities. By including this stop in the tour we learned about this great social service program offered to children in the community. Passing overhead, we were able to see many of the beautiful rooftop murals painted since the opening of the cable car system. If you're into street art and murals, this is the best way to see so much of the organic art of CDMX. There is a good amount of walking and part of the tour takes you into the very clean and efficient metro system (much cleaner than the Washington DC metro...). We never felt unsafe nor uneasy. Fernando made a point of being attentive to and interacted with all participants in our tour. He clearly loves his job and running this tour and that level of job satisfaction comes through in the way he conducts the tour. I highly recommend this tour. All in all, the tour lasted about 4 hours, concluding with a visit to the oldest Pulqueria in CDMX. If only Mexico could figure out a way to export this fantastic fermented drink! I would do this tour again in a heartbeat.

So much fun to the max - This was the best experience I’ve had in cdmx. What I love is I got to see and learn about the real folks of cdmx. Fernando is so knowledgeable. This is def a must see. I’ll add I’m an introvert but he had me opening up and speaking out loud. I def want to do this again.

I will be back! - This tour is an amazing way to see parts of the city uncharted by most tourists. The views from the CableBus are truly breathtaking. Fernando is very knowledgeable about CDMX and will be glad to answer any questions you may have about the City. I would recommend doing this tour on one of the first days you arrive. It is great way to get acquainted with the metro and see many parts of the city in a small amount of time. This was by far the best tour me and my wife did on our trip. I will do the tour again when I visit next!

Views from the cable car - Fernando was an incredibly knowledgeable guide who had lots of information to impart about history, culture and the transportation of the city. We saw parts that we would never have seen travelling independently. He was able to point out the many murals from the street and the cable car. We thoroughly enjoyed the Tacos and the puglia

A really insightful tour - This tour is absolutely worth doing. It gave me an insight into a different side of Mexico City - Iztapalapa and the cable bus. Street art, incredible views of this never ending city and Fernando provided a great and deep commentary. And finishing off with pulque…perfect!

Great tour with Fernando - Fernando was a great guide in every way, building team dynamics, while providing engaging educational material. The actual cable car ride, while fun, is a lot more interesting with the tour insights. We loved it!

Worth the time and a true CDMX experience - I was mainly interested in the cablebus portion but enjoyed the entire tour. Fernando did a great job of explaining the metro system and every portion of the excursion. After this experience I felt confident buying a metro card and riding solo.

60% walking around various interesting places and 40% on the cable cars - Tour is 60% walking around various interesting places and 40% on the cable cars. Not exactly what I was expecting but still very good.

Fast paced fun - This tour was a fast paced way to see non-touristic areas of Mexico City. While it included a lot of walking and climbing stairs, the views from the cable car were spectacular, and it was a great way to learn the various methods of transportation used in this big city. Our tour guide, Fernando, was friendly, fun, and knowledgeable. We enjoyed our time on the tour.

A bit misleading - When booking this trip we thought it would be mostly a cable car ride to view Mexico City. Turns out it was a lot of different public transportations and a walking tour. We started our tour using the metro through several stops. We walked through one area of the town, then returned to the metro for another few stops. There we connected to the cable car and flew over the town. From there we went to a market place and had lunch and explored that area of the town. Then we went back on the metro and returned to the starting point. I'd say we spent more time underground on the metro than we did flying over the city, so it was somewhat of a misleading title for this excursion.
