This escapade introduces you to Pulque, an age-old beverage esteemed as the ‘Drink of the Gods’ by our ancient ancestors.
Before plunging into the exhilarating wrestling match, we will bask in the euphoria of live tunes at an indigenous pulqueria- a classic local tavern.
Post our refreshment and rhythmic revel, we set off to the Arena to experience the thrills of Lucha Libre. We’ll get to witness this iconic and pulse-pounding sport of Mexico City, but not before transforming you into a bona fide masked wrestler!

Fun evening of pulque and Lucha libre! - Warm interaction, very friendly staff. Started out at a famous local pulqueria for drinks and to socialize. Then we walked over to the Arena for an overview of the wrestling and to learn some "cheers" ;) Great time and highly recommended. I had initially looked into buying a ticket for the matches directly on Ticketmaster but without having any understanding, I don't think I would have enjoyed it as much.

10 out of 10 experience! Highly recommend! - Pure fun! One of the best things we did in Mexico City and a must for anyone visiting. The staff (shout out to Alejandro) was amazing and ensured that we were safe and well taken care of. 10 out of 10 experience!

Worth it - Luis was our tour man. He was amazing, he explained to us so many things.
Highly recommended to get this event, everything in the schedule to make everything happen.
Communications through what’s app was very easy.
Stop at a salada place before the lucha was a touch.

So much fun, 10/10 - Such a fun night, my tour guide was amazing. So insightful and so much fun! We went to a bar with our group and had free drinks/danced then went to Lucha libre at arena mx. Tour guide homie gave me the coolest mask!

Not the best - Looks fun in theory but fell more on the boring side. It’s like WWE and it’s all tourists. The actual tickets are priced at $5 USD so excursion definitely overpriced. Drinks were included but they were very sparse. The tour guide was very sweet and caring though. I would skip this though and do a different excursion.

Over Hyped - Be careful which tour you are signing up for. We thought we signed up for the one that includes Tacos and Mezcal, but it turned out we booked a similar but different tour. The tour guides acted like teenagers who were more into the drinking and getting drunk than the show. Fortunately, the drinking part took only 15 minutes. They should provide more non-alcoholic options -- like alcohol-free beer. One of the guides repeatedly used the F-word, which my 13-year-old daughter could have done without. At the show, we were herded into a seating area (concrete benches) up in the second balcony, where we were surrounded by bars and chain-link fencing. Not sure if they were trying to protect us from the crowd, or the crowd from us. Either way, it was very off-putting that we had to watch the show through a chain link fence. Forget taking pictures. I suggest trying to purchase (better) seats directly through the venue, and do without the teenage drunkeness.

Not worth it at all - The entrance ticket is $175 mexican pesos, yet these guys charged me like $1700. Took us to this nasty pre-drink bar. Waste of time. Do yourself a favor and just get it from Ticketmaster directly and skip this noise from Viator.
