Alex was da man!!! - Alex was the most awesome tour guide, so glad I was part of his group! Homeboy definitely brought high energy and good vibes!!! I learned so many new cool spanish words & phrases from him that I for sure will be using when speaking to my Mexican friends and coworkers! :) If you love tequila and wrestling, this is a must do event in Mexico City! Thank you so much, Alex!!!

Fantastic experience and great guide! - This was one of the highlights of my week in Mexico City! The designated meeting place was very clear; our first stop at a busy pulquería, with almost all locals, was so interesting! Although crowded and loud, the atmosphere was joyous, and the drink fun to try. The Lucha itself spectacular - Laura, our guide, has been going to LL for years, and explained ahead of time all about the cheers, jeers, and themes. The free mask was surprisingly of great quality - well made, not cheap at all. A great souvenir. And I appreciated that Laura waited with me until my Uber return ride arrived, helping me locate the vehicle as it was crowded and late in the evening. We’ll work the cost!

This is the second most... - This is the second most popular sport in Mexico, soccer being number 1, and a must see while in Mexico City. Our guide was great with a fun group of people and the tavern had a Latin Punk vibe. It was WWE/WWF on steroids and over the top in some respects, but highly entertaining. Great communication with our guide using WhatsApp.

Good Option for First Timers! - This was a fun time!
It was nice to have a guide to and from the venue for our first time.
The "pulqueria" wasn't really for everyone, and the Pulque just tasted like pineapple juice, I'm not sure it was even really Pulque, I think it was just pineapple juice. We had Pulque elsewhere that was a much better experience & taste.
Lucha Libre was fun!
It would've been nice to have an additional guide as the tickets purchased split the group up so only some people got the benefit of having the guide explain what was going on & when & what to cheer/chant throughout the night.
Also, felt the seats could have been better. Or given an option to pay more for different/better seats...
Overall it was fun to experience and I think a good way for the first time.
Next time we would just Uber ourselves to and from the venue & purchase the tickets ourselves.

Lucha Libre Tour and Historic Downtown Walking Tour - I have taken two tours by Estacion Mexico: "Santo Ring Lucha Libre and Pulque" and a tip-based walking tour called "Historic Downtown Walking Tour."
"Santo Ring Lucha Libre and Pulque"
Honestly, I felt disappointed at this tour as it was very disorganized and had too many people to do what they promised to do. The tour was supposed to start at 8 pm, which I thought it was quite late. When I got to the meeting point, there were so many guides/staff. I was asked to wait for a while to have all the people show up. The tour didn't start until 8:30ish. First, all of us were taken to a very very crowded bar where they supposed to let us try pulque. The bar was too crowded to even to go inside, let alone to "taste" pulque or any other things they were pouring. By the time they took us to the arena, it was already past 9:00 pm. When we entered the arena, the guide had a hard time finding seats for all of us. We were asked to sit separately since all the "assigned" seats were taken by someone else. The most disappointing thing was that we could only see 2-3 matches. I saw a ticket and it was sold for 20 pesos, about US$10. If you can get a ticket on your own, you should just get it and go there, rather than joining this tour.
"Historic Downtown Walking Tour" - tip-based tour
Unlike the Lucha Libre Tour, I highly recommend anyone to take this tour. I believe there were close to 200 people who joined the tour on that day, but the organizers/coordinators well managed the overwhelming numbers of participants. Our tour guide was very knowledgeable and make sure to answer all of our questions thoroughly. I learned a lot about the history of the city and people of Mexico.

Disorganized and late to the wrestling match - I was extremely disappointed. We booked all our plans around the location of the fight and then was notified the night before that it had changed. We had to adjust all of our plans. We then were late to the fight and were told it was because the beginning is boring, however those were the female wrestlers who we had been looking forward to seeing. There was no clarity on the actual hours of the event and when we asked why we were late or why they told us it was done at 9 pm and not 10 pm, they were rude.

Pass on this, it's a mess. - There were several guides and there was torrential rains with no covering. The guides should have taken us to the bar & not make everyone wait in the rains. The night entailed rapid walks on slippery streets. I had a visible camera all night. When it finally came time to go to the show, no cameras allowed-was never told prior. I was not let in. All together a waste of time.
