Nice day - Nice day . Got to see a lot of different things , and very informative . Liked the university a lot . Two things , it would be easier to follow if the guide did Spanish , and then english , vs every line both , it was hard to follow . And would not book every single seat on the van . Since so much riding , that last row w 3 people really isn’t fair .

Pretty good affordable tour - This trip was pretty decent. Got to see Xochimilco, Coyoacan, the Olympic stadium, and the outside of the Frida Kahlo museum. Xochimilco and Coyoacan were the highlights of the tour. I think we could have spent less time in the silver carving/gift shop and more in Coyoacan. Pickup was not coordinated very well. Usually on these kind of tours, the tour operator will reach out before the tour to confirm pickup location. I didn't hear anything, so I went to the Hilton Reforma at 9am like the ticket said. I had to call the tour company because I wasn't hearing anything from them. Eventually they came but didn't come into the lobby, even though the ticket said meet in the lobby. I think everyone else got hotel pickup but I'm not sure how. I was the only English speaker on the tour, and the tour guide presented the information in both languges.

The tour was not as announced - The driver and the guide were very kind and helpful. But the tour was not organized as announced. It took around 2 hours picking up people in different very far hotels and we were more than the 14 maximum tourists announced. Moreover, the van was very uncomfortable.

The evening before our... - The evening before our tour, we were told that we would picked up at our AirBNB at 7:50 for our 9:00 tour. I asked if a later pick-up time was possible, but the organizer said no due to the locations of picking up other guests. 1.5 hours later - and after a few confusing stops picking up/ dropping off multiple guests - we picked up our final tour attendees ... about three blocks from our AirBNB. We could have walked to meet there at 9:15, rather than riding in the van in circles since 7:50. There were multiple stops along the way that could've been cut, including a stadium parking lot (...?) but they did break up the car ride. Bring a snack; you won't eat until around 2:00. The good part about taking a tour to Xochimilco is that you get to skip the line when you get to the boats. Our guide was knowledgable and very kind but talked a lot during the drive home. Additionally, interpretation was not available for our mostly English-speaking group. Overall, I would recommend choosing this tour with caution. Read the other reviews before booking.

This tour was not what... - This tour was not what the description says. We drove for more hours than sight seeing. Instead of 8 hours, it finished in 4 hours. Took them 2 hours to pick up people. We were not given any time to enjoy and see the places properly, it’s was just basically Xochimilco boat ride and 30 mins in Coyoacan downtown. The guide spoke little English. Don’t take this tour, it wasted our time.

A day of my life I will never get back! What a waste of time and money - This was possibly the WORST day trip we have EVER done. We got picked up at 8.30 and at 10.15 we were still driving around aimlessly and we were only a 6 minute walk from our pick up stop! Eventually we were here herded into a tacky souvenir shop where we spent the best part of an hour from arrival to departure. We were then supposed to go to Coyoacan but it was change to Xochimilko without informing anyone. When we got there we had to wait more than 30 minutes to board our boat. We didn’t get to Coyoacan until 3.30 at which point we abandoned the tour and got a taxi back to Mexico City. Guide had terrible communication skills. They were sharing one guides for two buses due to sickness. We spent seven hours with this company for only one hour in a boat! Do not waste your time or money on this company. Awful experience. Tip: get a taxi to Xochomilko and arrange your own boat trip. You can then taxi/ Uber to Coyoacan and back to Mexico City. You’ll save so much time. We basically sat on a bus for a whole day.

Missed it. - I signed up for a 9am tour as I had a prior obligation at 4pm. The day of the tour they tell me they won't pick me up and to go the the Frida Kahlo museum to be picked up at 11am. They never arrived until 1230, told me only 1 hour at Xochimilco and I won't be back by 4pm and I won't have a ride to my hotel. NO Service and missed Xochimilco. I should get a refund which I will pursue.
