Great time learning Mexican History and Murals - We had an amazing time on our tour of the murals with Carmina. She navigated us around an extremely crowded plaza near the Cathedral (there was an event earlier the morning of our tour) We went to three sites including the College of San ldefonso, Secretary of Public Education and the Palacio de Bellas Artes and saw murals by "The Big Three"- Rivera, Orozco and Siqueiros. Carmina provided us with historical context, some political history and was very knowledgeable about the murals themselves. We also stopped for a local snack! We had a very enjoyable time and would definitely book with them again! Thanks AE San Francisco

Uncover Mexican mural gems hidden in plain sight! - Ulysses was a very knowledgable and accommodating guide. He took us to many murals and examples of public art that would have been very difficult to find independently. His passion for Mexican art, culture and history made the experience unique and memorable. Highly recommended if you want to learn a ton about Mexican murals many of which are hidden in plain sight!

Wonderful Mexican muralism walk! - I am so glad I decided to book this Mexican muralism walk! It made me fall in love with Mexico even more than I already had! I felt that I learned a lot about the struggle to survive of the Mexican people and how their agony poured out into Diego Rivera murals and the students that he inspired. I feel that it I would have gone on my own I could have maybe found them but would have no idea the history behind them, which was fantastically told by our tour guide Ulysses. He was very passionate in his storytelling which made the experience that much more wonderful. Quite simply, I loved this tour.

welcome to cdmx and their beautiful murals - Wariyor was the most passionate tour guide I ever experienced. He was detail, proud, and easy to talk to. Let's just say I wish the tour was longer. If I have any friends that love the history behind murals , I will tell them go with Wariyor. Loved every moment.

A Warrior's Guide to Mexican Muralism - When we met our tour guide, Ulysis (aka Warrior), he greeted us with the brutal facts: The famous Diego Rivera mural in the Palacio Nacional is only accessible to the public on Fridays, and the Secretaría de Educación Pública is now closed on Tuesdays. Unfortunately, our tour was on a Tuesday. But Ulysis quickly adapted and took us to the Mercado Abelardo L. Rodríguez instead, where we found ourselves immersed in a vibrant market surrounded by stunning historical murals by renowned artists. Next, we visited the Museo Mural Diego Rivera and the Casa de los Azulejos, each offering a distinct and captivating experience. Ulysis may not look like your typical docent, but his deep knowledge of civilization, culture, and art history was truly impressive. We learned so much in a highly entertaining and engaging way, making the experience far richer than we ever expected. Thank you, Warrior! We rounded off our mural tour with a visit to the Palacio de Bellas Artes on our own.

Amazing muralism - Sofia was my tour guide. Even though there was an event on the President’s part, Sofia was very kind to walk a little during the meeting. His knowledge of muralism is amazing. I admire the great dedication and love you have for what you do. I certainly wouldn't have enjoyed my visit so much if it hadn't been for her. Hopefully I'll find her on more tours.

We now have a much better appreciation for the differences between the rich and the poor and how it led to revolution. - Ulysses did a wonderful job explaining the history of the murals leading up to the revolution and beyond. We felt that we saw enough of Diego Rivera murals.

Didn‘t correspond to the description - For travelers: I was really disappointed that we didn’t see the murals in the Secretaria de Educacion Publica as it is closed on tuesday - how can a tourist agency not know about that? I had chosen this tour because of those murals. Thank god there are murals to see at every corner, so our guide took us to some other places. For the agency: Warrior did a great job explaining us the depictions and could answer all our questions.
